I like to come here when I am hosting an event as I like to add señorita bread to my dessert table (this item is a big hit). Today I got a box of 15 breads as I was preparing for company, I got a chicken empanada for my fiancé and for me a chai tea latte- my entire order was about $21

The STARBREAD! My first time trying this and it was ah-may-zing!! Hot, buttery, sweet and melts in your mouth! Bought a box of 15 and it's taking all my willpower not to gobble them all up in one sitting! Jesse was friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. We are planning on coming back tomorrow for pan de sal. They ran out when we got here at 3:00.

if you haven't had star-bread at all, you most def are missing out. the bakery in pittsburg is small, yet full of life inside with decor and pastries. you need to always get their star-bread ever time, and you can get from small amounts to large quantities their ham and cheese croissants are elite, and paired with a white mocha coffee, you are set for a great day. customer service is always lovely as well sister enjoys coming here very often, so she is a dub for inviting me this time around

You've guessed it, their señoritas are mouth-watering! But I've also brought some savory goodness for my co-workers this morning. The empanadas are yummers! We've also tried their ham and cheese and adobo pork buns and they were okay. Most definitely, I'll come back here for their señoritas! Staff are friendly and efficient, so I was in and out. Also lesson learned, if you wanted empanadas for a large group, it's best to call it in. But to cut it short, co-workers still like what I got them. Win!

Love this place!!! It's clean, the staff is always friendly and the señorita bread never disappoints. I have everyone at work addicted! I had a large order of several boxes, and they asked where I was delivering to. When I told them it was for a few local fire stations they threw in an extra box, just to show their appreciation for the responders, especially during fire season. Starbread is the best!!! read more

Why is it 2:30 and all I can think of is this bread?! I mean seriously... this stuff is addictive. We stopped by the Chinese place right next door for some food, and while we were waiting decided to walk around. I told my friend we should check out this little bakery cause I could smell buttery sugary goodness in the waft of someone opening the door in midst of walking out. Stopped dead in my tracks. Had. To. Investigate. for just $5 I got a little taste of heaven. Seriously so simple, but the texture of the bread is really what is so delicious. Fluffy, delicate, and not dry whatsoever. It comes out warm, with some kind of butter drizzle an sugar coating inside. Ugh. I need that bread again soon. Would travel an hour for that bread... lol read more

Always hot and fresh! So delicious and worth it! They open real early and you will be surprised on how many people they have once they open. They do have a minimum charge for debit or credit card purchases. So if you only want to buy like 5 or 10 pcs, bring cash. read more

If you haven't tried Senorita Bread, you're missing out. I probably come here every week, getting 25 pieces and my family loves it. It's a favorite for everyone and I highly recommend it. The perfect snack for hot/cold days. The service is very fast and friendly which is great. Always clean and they also have different kinds of bread like croissants and such. Being a big fan of señoritas, I was quite happy to have Starbread Bakery open near me. Walking into the bakery, the delightful smell of baking breads permeating the air will whet your appetite. The señoritas are warm when you order them. They are soft and tasty and everything you would want from a señorita. However, I feel like there is a bit of quality inconsistency. Our first visit yielded perfect señoritas, but the second time around, they were slightly undercooked. I am willing to chalk it up to their being relatively new, though. They also have other Filipino goodies such as turon, hopia, banana cue, etc. Located in a nondescript strip mall, Starbread Bakery is a truly great find! read more

Finally!!! A Starbread closer to me... Actually, it's been great going to Valerios in Concord because I'm not as tempted to indulge... So I end up visiting for Senorita bread less than once a month.. But with Starbread so close and fresh Senorita breads... the crackin has been released!! Like other yelpers, I wish they were open earlier so I can share the deliciousness with work.. OMG. My family and I love love love this place. So good. Broke da mouth. The señorita bread is A-Mazing. So good. This is now my go to place for señorita bread I get it for parties, potlucks at work, and just as a snack on the go. The family that runs the shop are so nice. Went in for a few lumpia. They only had two left so I bought them. Asked the lady if she could warm then up for me and she refused. She started that they would become soggy....I told her they warm then up for me all of the time. She still refused. What kind of customer service is that!? None I'm afraid. I took them home and heated them up myself, they came out crispy and not soggy. I'll never go to that Starbread again. read more

We did not know that they usually only sell if you called in the previous day. We got lucky and the bread had just come out of the oven and we were able to buy six loaves. They were huge loaves and under $3 each. Between my family and my sister's family the bread was gone within 2 days. I asked and was told that this bakery uses MARGARINE. I personally cannot eat what in my opinion is an unhealthy processed product (margarine). CAN YOU PLEASR USE REAL BUTTER or UNREFINED COCONUT OIL & ELIMINATE MARGARINE? I just W - I - S - H there was one iota of health consciousness. Please stop using (in my opinion and others) heavily processes manufctured oils in products just because theyre economical. Usually, the young lady who works the front register is on duty- she is nice... but on 5-12-17, 340 pm, there was an older kind of chubby lady- she was rude. She couldn't care less about smiling, saying hello or thank you. So when you come in, and you see a younger hispanic skinny girl, go buy what you want. My mouth literally just watered while writing this review thinking about the chicken bun I had the last time I was here. You can never go wrong with the seniorita breads here. First time I had one was at a company meeting and was wondering where the buttery/sugary greatness came from. Man, the calories but the joyyyy. Ugh. read more

This is the best bread I've ever tasted. I will drive in traffic for this bread. It's delicious and so cheap. If you come in I suggest to order as much as you can because it's that amazing. Very buttery and fresh. It's probably not the healthiest so don't come here on a diet read more
