I don't know if I have the words to say how good Alda's is! Speechless. We were going specifically for the sisig, 500/10 by the way... & upon arrival we noticed they have a ton of ube baked goods. We LOVE ube lol. Everything was 10/10. My favorite so far is the ube cassava cake. Order online/take out only & everything is made fresh! The staff is extremely nice. All around rating this as my fav Filipino spot in the Pittsburg/Antioch area. Cannot wait to go back & try more!

Unfortunately I was sadden to know this place isn't a restaurant that has any seating available it's an order for pickup only. So be prepared to have a long wait line. I was really looking forward to having the adobo fried rice omelette. At least you know your getting fresh food. We decided to try this place since we were playing at a football tournament but because it was pickup only we ended up only getting dessert here to go. I got the Ube flan and the ube cheesecake price is about $6 each. Ube cheesecake was my favorite too bad I ate it before I had the chance to take a photo. The crispy topping on the Ube flan was great texture. The place looked closed but says open so make sure to ring the doorbell.

It only took 34 years of my life for there to be a Filipino spot that could rightfully deliver the culture to the P. With a huge group of Filipinos in the area and a market for it with the black and brown folks alike, it's about damn time! The spot takes orders online or through a window out front and food is prepared in about 25 minutes. Fresh, sizzling, and delicious. Plus pinays always have great customer service. Chicken bites with furikake is , 'ono grinds! Get it spicy. It has the right balance of savory and spice. Lechon Kawali is flavorful and juicy but not overly oily; exactly how it is meant to be. The sisig (spicy) was delicious. The calamansi juice stands out with the peppers adding a good punch. The meat chunks are well prepared grilled, less crispy than other meat choices but still well done! Ube sweet crème cold brew has me wired. It was better than your average sweet crème from Starbucks because of ube's mellow and nutty flavor. Overall everything was delicious and I'm excited to have a Filipino cuisine option available to spread the culture! Ang Sarap!

Food is always amazing, especially the Filipino meatloaf. Car battery died for some unknown reason right when we were gonna go pick up our dinner. Called the restaurant to let them know we'll be very late, and the staff went above and beyond to help us get food on our table. Thank you so much!!! We are customers for life!!

Needed some coffee and wanted something other than Starbucks. So I got the Ube Sweet Creme Cold Brew again. This is probably my favorite cold brew in the area. Also decided to try their Halo Halo Cheesecake. It was good!

Amazing Filipino food perfect for our wedding reception!…read more This is what we ordered for our wedding reception: pork sisig, chopsuey, pancit canton, chicken adobo, laing, sweet and sour fish, chicken lumpia, pork menudo, and white rice. Everything was delicious! Nothing was too oily or salty. Most of our guests were Filipino but even my non-Filipino friends who haven't tried a lot of Filipino dishes yet enjoyed the food. The medium trays were the perfect size for our party of 35. The only thing I regret is not convincing my then fiancé to order more lumpia! 50 lumpia ran out so quick I didn't get to taste one. That's OK though because I plan to come in person to order the lumpia! We did have leftovers after the reception, even after people took some to go. The leftovers reheated well and I ate them for my work lunches. Jane was our point of contact. We exchanged emails and text messages. We sent our order via email and Jane emailed us an estimate. We then paid for our order in person. We paid for delivery and they had all the food delivered to our reception. They communicated with our point person for our reception venue. In person, Jane was friendly. It did take some time for us to hear back via email, but Jane always responded fast through text. If you're looking for Filipino food catering, I highly recommend going with Lutong Bahay!

I ordered pancit palabok (not very good) it lacked color and taste and mostly noodles. Not worth what I paid for. I won't order it again. We also ordered a kawali silog and bistek silog. You can't go wrong with silogs. They are always good! I will probably go back and order online, I don't recommend walk in order, it takes awhile. I will try other items on their menu. The prices are decent.

Not much decor. Prepped food ready to grab n go. Greeted courteously upon arrival. Told owners I would browse before deciding what to buy. Browsing casually, Noticed prepped food in trays at front left. Rest of store are the usual Filipino groceries. Didn't see any veggies, meat or seafood. Wasn't looking for it. Just a glance at the aisles. While browsing, I decided not to buy anything to cook since I dislike cooking and cleaning up. Also not to buy prepped food either. Wasn't going to eat it right away. Noticed Filipino desserts near cashier station. Picked lst 2 I saw. Didn't browse all options. I could slowly eat them over many days. Having this location closer saves so much time and makes grocery shopping a lot more convenient. The store itself is clean, spacious, and very well organized. All of the items are properly stocked, clearly labeled, and easy to find, which makes the overall shopping experience stress-free, even during busy hours. They have an excellent seafood selection with a variety of fresh fish and shellfish to choose from, which is one of the main reasons I enjoy shopping here. Everything looks fresh and well maintained. In addition to seafood, they also carry a wide range of Filipino and Asian groceries, from pantry staples to snacks and frozen items, so it's easy to get everything you need in one trip. One of my favorite parts of the store is the hot food section. It's perfect when you're hungry and don't want to cook or make another stop. The food is convenient, flavorful, and great for a quick meal while shopping or to take home. Overall, Island Pacific Supermarket is a solid alternative to Seafood City, offering great selection, convenience, and a pleasant shopping environment. I'm happy to have this store in the area and will definitely continue shopping here.
