I was a walk-in here recently for a pedicure and had a great experience!…read more Although there was a bit of a wait, the folks here allowed me to hang out and enjoy a chair massage in the pedicure chair unil a nail tech was available to take me. When one became available, she came right over and was friendly, thorough and quick. There was a little miscommunication in nail shape, but once we got on the same page she happily revisited the one or two nails that I wasn't totally satisfied with and made the minor adjustments. Overall, very nice place that is clean, accepts walk-ins and can get you in and out pretty quickly. If I'm ever in this area in the future, I'll definitely drop by again!

I really appreciate that they still offer a basic pedicure for $30 because I didn't need all the luxurious extras this time around. What I received was indeed a basic pedicure, and my feet are the better for it. It was a weekday morning so I was able to walk in and only wait 15 minutes. Be aware that they do charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card, but for me it only amounted to .90 cents.

I thought for a very long time about writing this review, but the way I was treated my last visit…read morewas appalling, disrespectful, uncomfortable being as though I have come to this location for almost a year and have spent tons of money here and tipped my nail tech very nicely every single time. My nail tech was Jenny, and she is great at what she does, truly one of the best. But I noticed the last three visits she was treating me a little different, her attitude was a little rude which I picked up on, mind you I did nothing different than the usual. So I kept quiet, paid and left. But the last visit was disgusting! I am always on time for my appointments, always and I come early because I valued her, her time and her work. When I got there she was running late, no problem because I understand that happens. But the second I sat down, about 4 of her coworkers and boss kept asking if she would be done by 2 pm. They asked so many times out loud across the room that I started feeling uncomfortable. So I directly asked her if she had to leave at 2 and she said yes because I have another customer. And I told her all you had to do was communicate to me that today was too busy and if I could come another day and would have with no problem. But you were late for my appointment and now make me feel uncomfortable when I was early and on time, that's not fair. So then I got so irritated with how rude everyone was that when she was putting oil on my cuticles I told her I would put my own lotion on the car and got up. So then I got to pay, their system started acting up. Mind you I swiped my card three times. The second time it charged me but I was told it did not even though I showed on my phone that it did! I was told that it was pending and would reverse back to my card in 24 hours because they did not see it in their system. So the manager made me swipe my card again! And she told me I could not leave with out swiping my card again, so basically forcing me to pay twice even though I had proof it was already charged. So I swiped again for the mere fact that she was not about to sit there and try to make me look like an aggressor because she was trying to play games with me like I was a fool. So I wait 24 hours, did the money go back in my account, NOPE! So I called to speak to her about my service and being charged twice and she made it seem like I was a problem and that all I was getting done was my nails today so my nail tech did not need to take time with me. I was like excuse me, I have spent so much money in this salon. So basically I went back into the salon in 48 hours to get my refund because the money never reversed back into my account. So she basically robbed me and tried to make me feel like I was wrong because I did not want to pay twice! The employees here do not see how nasty they can be to certain ppl, they pick and choose who they want to disrespect and they pick and choose when they want to be disrespectful. I will never in my life spend my hard earned money in this disgusting place ever again. And the manager should be ashamed! When they are wrong they do not even apologize they make you feel like you are the problem. You are not human here, you're just a dollar bill.
