    Unless you have an appointment, don't bother going to Inspire Nail Bar. I walked in and wasn't greeted at all--just completely ignored. When I finally did speak with someone, I asked about the difference between their pedicure options (some had stars next to them on the menu), and the only explanation I got was "because they're special." Not helpful at all. The person who did my pedicure, Ken, didn't speak to me. He was on the phone initially and literally tapped my leg when he wanted me to move my foot. It felt rude and impersonal. I had to ask for a beverage, and even then, it felt like I was bothering him. At one point during the massage, he wasn't paying attention and hit the steamer with my leg--burning me. I physically jumped from the heat, but he didn't acknowledge it at all. No apology, no check-in, nothing. To top it off, he didn't fully dry my feet or even offer to help me with my shoes. It's not that I needed help--it's the lack of attentiveness and care that's the issue. I booked the Mint Mojito pedicure and didn't smell a trace of mint. Instead, he used lemon slices and an orange scrub... so basically not what was advertised. For the price ($90 + tip), the service should be far better. Overall, it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience. I probably won't be returning.

    It's long, but I think it's needed. What's the saying Expectation leads to disappointment. Well, that's exactly what happened when I went to Inspire Nail Bar in White Oak. Had to specify bc they have multiple locations. I've been looking for a salon in my area, and this one appeared in my IG feed, so I figured why not give it a try. I made an appointment for a pina colada pedicure, a quick shoot manicure and paraffin add on. (See Pic below) My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 with Ken, but I was running late due to traffic, so I called to let them know. When I arrived, I explained that I had an appointment with Ken. The young lady at the desk seemed baffled and told me to have a seat. About 10 minutes later Ken appeared with the customer he was doing. He didn't greet me, instead he pointed and nodded his head that he was ready. I wasn't asked if I would like something to drink, he barely acknowledged me and seemed to be looking at the phone instead of at my feet. After he did something to my toes, he asked me if I wanted callus removal. Now, if I took the time to go online, select the service I wanted, the LEAST you could do is be aware of what I came for. If I wanted callus removal, I would have placed that on the list of services. He seemed to be bothered when I asked him if this was part of my package and went to get the young lady at the desk. Apparently, she didn't know what I selected either and proceeded to say that I changed what I ordered. Well, yes, I said a mimosa pedicure because KEN didn't seem to know what my order was. I was already bothered by his lack of interaction, and so I said I'm leaving! I came for a relaxing experience, and this is causing more stress than I care to have. Ken too seemed bothered. As a matter of fact, he seemed irritated from the beginning. I probably should have taken the cue and left before he even got started. Instead of allowing me to leave, the young lady at the front desk told me she would find someone else to do my service. Laila did my pedicure. She was ok, even though she rushed through the service and knicked me a bit and Queenie, who was very rude, did my manicure. I am a firm believer that energy matters and her energy was not pleasant. I wish I could get my money back and give it to my regular manicurist. At least she will give me good service. They were not patient, had a problem communicating, and is not concerned with the needs of their clients. They are selective in how they treat customers. I will continue taking the trek to Laurel, where I know I would at the very least be treated properly. No sense in spending my hard earned money at a place that lacks respect.     Yeah I thought this was going to be different but it's not. The experience is cool but the fact that I pay 150 and my polish chips in a matter of 2 days and my nails break within two weeks just isn't worth it. Back on the search

    look at how HORRIBLE these nails are SHAPED. This is on the 5th day. Unacceptable. Why would I want to trust anyone at this shop.

    On February 22nd, 2025 I got a manicure and pedicure at Inspire Nail Bar for an upcoming vacation. This was my very first time using their service. Since I had an appointment at European Wax I decided to try the services next door at Inspire Nails. Four days into my vacation my toe nails started chipping then on the 5th day my acrylic nails starting falling off one by one. I had to have my toes and nails redone on the 6th day. The nails were also shaped very poorly. I had to redo my manicure and Pedicure while on vacation(picture with the gold nails). Today is 3/14/25 and both my manicure and pedicure that I redid are still looking great and this is after a week. Upon return from my vacation I went back to Inspire to voice my concern but the owner refuse to refund me the $122.00 I paid for my service. I would have given inspire nail bar 0 STARS but you need to include a STAR in order to submit your review. POOR POOR SERVICE, nail techs are still learning and they are obviously using OLD POLISH.

    Nail lifting at cuticle

    This was my second time coming here. The first time was one of the best manicures I've ever had so I was excited to go back. I got a gel X mani on Monday and TWO days later multiple nails are lifting off. Seems like quality really depends on the technician. I had booked my appointment with the same person I had previously but was given someone else. Super disappointing given the cost.
