When one became available, she came right over and was friendly, thorough and quick. There was a little miscommunication in nail shape, but once we got on the same page she happily revisited the one or two nails that I wasn't totally satisfied with and made the minor adjustments. Overall, very nice place that is clean, accepts walk-ins and can get you in and out pretty quickly. If I'm ever in this area in the future, I'll definitely drop by again!

I wouldn't recommend that service--just get them redone instead. Also, I've been cut before to the point of bleeding (not with Jenny or Andy, but another tech), so just a heads-up. That said, most of the staff here are really good: Sofia is gentle and cleans my nails better than anyone else, even Jenny sometimes. Hannah takes her time and does a great job--super patient and detail-oriented. Julie knows her stuff and is really steady with her work. I chose the full moon pedicure that includes scrub, cream, paraffin wax and a 20 minute massage. It was wonderful and well needed !!! Kristy then began the nail polish and design. Kristy was kind and friendly throughout and so was the front desk assistant. There's an ATM inside for cash tip.
