UNPROFESSIONAL. UNSANITARY. AWKWARD!! NONE of the tools used for our pedicures were fresh out of the package. One of the nail technicians got very angry while with a (recurring, as I came to find out) customer and walked into a little back room type area, but still within 10-15 ft from myself and other customers, and THREW and SHATTERED a ceramic pot and pieces went flying in all directions! We were happy with the gel polish, still looks nice 4 days later. However, my second toe seems to have the beginnings of an INFECTION!!!! I have never had any sort of infection or similar issue with my feet/toes. We got two pedicures with gel polish and the total cost was $70 plus tip. Not worth it! My nail tech was distracted the entire time by the angry nail tech and did not give proper attention to my service and kept pausing to watch him or talk trash about him, not only to the other nail technicians but also to the customers!!! The entire interaction was just so inappropriate and awkward!! We will certainly NOT be back!! read more

I love this salon! I gave this salon a try and have not gone to another salon since. The environment is welcoming and the staff are all friendly. I have had 3 nail techs and they have all been great. When I got to the salon today I asked the tech today for some advice and she assisted me in picking the design below and even added her own special twist. The staff don't hound you to pay for more expensive treatments that aren't wanted and the prices are very affordable. I would definitely recommend this salon!! read more

If you want a thorough manicure, your nails cleaned, cuticles taken care of and polished correctly then don't go here. If you want a half ass sloppy job done on your nails for $12 this is the place to go. You get what you pay for I guess. read more

I stopped by Saturday night for a relaxing treat. It was everything but relaxing. I wanted a mani and pedi and I was seated in a pedi chair with lukewarm water. The two women working were both doing pedis at the time. One woman told me after she was through with the mani she would help me. So I settled in watching law and order. After a half hour goes by, I start to sweat profusely. I asked if they could turn down the air and they said the air was broken. The other woman doing the pedi kept telling me don't worry the other lady is almost finished. Mind you she was doing the most meticulous pedi for the other woman. Going super slow so she wouldn't have to help me if she was finished first. Finally, AND HOUR AND A HALF LATER, they both start to work on me. Just a reminder, it's 82 degrees inside and 85 outside. Profusely sweating is not an accurate description. My legs and my face. It was not fun or relaxing to say the least. They finished by 8 and that means they spent a whopping 30 minutes on my services. When I asked for a wax I was told I have nothing to wax and then when she waxed she said "wow you were right!" Nothing about this visit was relaxing or worth the money I was charged. I wasn't even going to write a review but here I am not even 48 hours later - already chipping off both my nails and my toes. Would NEVER go back. read more

Decided to give 2 stars since they were so nice and really cheap but as far as nails go, pretty damn bad. Brought my aunt in, she got a manicure and it was good for her. I opted for a full set, specifically telling the technician that I like them very thin. Long story short, I ended up leaving without polish on because there was so much work to be done on my nails after the apt. The full set was so thick I looked like a 15 yr old with DIY nails. Also the acrylic and glue was stuck to all of my cuticles and hanging overy nail bed.I have been filing and trying to fix for 2 days and finally just soaked off and made an apt at a much better place. What I also witnessed was taking walk ins over apts. Two women with apts were made to wait (one for 15mins the other for close to 25) while technicians were assisting other customers. read more

If you call in for an appointment they actual honor it unlike Happy Nails. All the ladies that work here are happy and cheerful. They all do great work. I've tried other places, but I haven't ever found anyone better. My girls wanted their nails done for their dances, the staff listened and made suggestions on what they thought would compliment their outfits. Very helpful and knowledgeable. read more

I was traveling and I stopped here which was a huge mistake very unpleasant atmosphere! They are constantly talking to each other ignoring the customer and yelling back-and-forth to each other! My nails came out horrible they're thick and flared out at the top like fan they were crooked and thick I went back in to tell them that they were too thick she took a nail file abruptly on either side of my nails and told me thy were beautiful , I said they were not!! I haven't even told you about my pedicure an older gentleman started it he cut my nails so short and so rounded I didn't even know they were that way until he was done and then said "I no paint she paints "then another woman came over I look down I said my cuticles are still all there she said oh they're beautiful that seems to be the answer ! when I walked out in to the sunlight I realized they had painted my toenails one color red and my fingernails a different color red all I asked for was the same color on my toes as my fingers I did not get anything that I asked for!!!!! I tried to call them to speak to them once again about this incident , because I was afraid to go back in because when I was leaving the second time,because There was a lady and older lady who did not The colors that they had chosen for her nails when she was trying to describe to them the color four of them gathered around her speaking very bad English forcing her practically by yelling at her she was very overwhelmed I really didn't want to go back in and have them do anything else to me ! So I have been trying to call them and they have not answered I have never in my life asked for money back for service but this was truly uncomfortable not only in the atmosphere the pedicure actually hurt my nails look horrible both my toes and my fingernails is very abrupt and uncomfortable situation !!!!
