I had been going to this nail salon for about a year and a half, although today was my last time there. I had never been asked to pay an extra $5 just for them to remove a set of nails before putting a new one on until today and I was never told about that additional fee until the payment. On top of that, I am extremely unhappy with the shape of my nails. I asked for coffin and my nails are all a mix between square and squoval nails as you can see in the picture (and the thumbs are MUCH shorter than the rest of the nails). Another problem I experienced here is timing. If you make an appointment you may still end up having to wait another 15-30 minutes just for them to seat you. I put up with this service for a while because most employees were kind, but it got tiring and I know another salon will give me my moneys worth. read more

Moved to CO a few years ago and tried all the area nail salons at the tower and hampden intersection. Star Forever was the last one I finally tried and so glad I didn't give up. The staff is great and they do a great job on my pedicure. Salon is very clean and all COVID restrictions/recommendations are being followed. Came in for shellac manicure, The nails looked all right for only 7 days. Peeled off completely exactly a week from the date of manicure. Wanted a certain design, showed the picture, the technician said sure, but what she did was nowhere near what I originally wanted. It looked ok, nothing special, and not what I wanted. Before finding Star Forever Nails, I would bounce around from salon to salon never finding one I liked. Now I've finally found a salon I can stick with. I paid $50 plus tip for a regular pedi and a gel paint (which they call shellac). I have had my nails done many places and paid more and less, and even within the first week I had gel polish peeling off on my hands and polish cracking off on my toes. I haven't done anything crazy with my feel are hands. I have gotten my nails done for way cheaper and been way more aggressive with them and gotten longer wear out of them. My toes typically last a month and get very little damage. I don't like that I paid so much for such seemingly low quality. I think it will be a while before I come back (if I ever do) I just wasn't satisfied. The actual work looked nice at first is probably worth about 3 stars but the price to quality ratio is what brought it down to two for me. read more

The worst manicure pedicure service I have ever received! The gel mani was uneven & applied sloppily, not enough layers so you can see my nails thru the paint. My pedi my nails were cut crooked & I was cut several times. When I made a complaint the nail tech had an attitude & told me I was wrong for saying anything. I had white paint & he painted a faint pink top coat over it & lied about it. I am so disappointed with this service. And I have cuts & ugly nails to prove it. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Made an appointment for 2 people at 230 pm. I had showed up 15minutes earlier. The lady stated that they were running 30 minutes behind. I figured it was ok since my friend was running a little behind herself. By the time she got there it was 237 to be exact! MULTIPLE PEOPLE ( with appointments and walk-ins) were seen before us. FINALLY, my friend was seen before me around 330. I myself am waiting to be seen. A party of 4 walked in and were taken in immediately with no appointment at all, that's when I lost it. It was almost 430 and no one has even called my name. When I let the tech know if she's doing my nails, she tells me she doesn't do acrylic nails (working at a nail salon, when she literally just finished 2 people acrylic nails)and the other tech told me that no one will be doing my nails today!!! Do not go here!!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced in my life! Why did they deny my service? I have no idea myself. But the worst experience ever! read more

I did a lot of research online for different nail salons in the area and decided to give this one a try. There wasn't a lot of recent reviews so I thought I'd write one in help to those looking for a new place. I booked my nail service with Khanh not knowing what to expect. There are only a few photos of his work on the website or on google/yelp. Im happy to say that Khanh did an amazing job with my nails. The length and shape are perfect. They're not to thick and not too thin. The quality of my nails are beautiful and I highly recommend him. That's why I rate the end result a 5/5. On the booking side of things, I rate it a 3/5. I booked my services online and I didn't get a phone confirmation. I showed up to my appointment thinking it was at 1:30 but they said they bumped it to 2:30. Unfortunately I had to wait about 45minutes before they could start me. Other than that they were very accommodating and apologetic about the miscommunication. I went with my teen daughter, unfortunately my daughter received service from this tech. She didn't tell me how he treated her until we left. I wish I would have known he was being rude to her because we would have left and not spent one cent in that establishment. The personnel at this salon were courteous and got me right in. I got a fill with gel, however the gel they used clumped up on the side of a nail and developed air bubbles on another. So, I really feel bad about giving a bad review, but it must be done. I went in there for my first time, for a gel mani and pedi. The nail technicians were super nice... but I feel like the lady who did my nails was one of 2 things: either she was having a bad day (she kept looking around the room while she was filing and buffing my nails - often missing my nail, which brought her back to reality) or she is just plain sloppy. My nails look okay, but the edges are sloppy, especially my toes. There is lots of nail polish on my skin. I will not be going back here. read more
