The color doesn't match what I asked and I just had an overall bad experience with him. They got new pedicure chairs that are so amazing! They have lcd touch screens to adjust your massage settings and timer. A usb port to charge your device and arm holders to relax your arm while enjoying your pedicure and massage. I've been going to this nail salon for years. I went in today and got my nails done by the male nail tech and I have no words. The service was AWFUL. He painted my nails the wrong color. Not the color I asked for. Not once did he ask how short I wanted them cut or what shape. He actually didn't say anything the entire time. The skin around and underneath my nails is all dry and flaking off. He kept moving my hand and arm aggressively. Overall, worst experience I had EVER when getting my nails done. Do not ask for the male nail tech. Do yourself a favor. read more

My daughter and I went for pedicures. We waited 20 minutes. The lady that did my pedicure was great. The lady that did my daughter pedicure was lazy. We asked for a flower on her toe. It looked like a child did it. We have been there several times before and had better service. Then she could not decide what to charge me. She charged me more than usual. The other lady was arguing what to charge me. I checked my past receipts and they charged me more to fix her sloppy work. Will not be coming back here after more than 3-4 years of patronage. read more

I went to get a full set and the woman I had didn't cut my nails to the length I wanted. Also when I kept looking at the length she told me to only look at the one hand she just did and I was seeing what they would look like on the other hand she then pulled my hand down so I could only look at one hand. Every time I said to cut more she barely it anything off. She also got acrylic on my skin and was trying to lift it up with her nails and then while she was filing them she kept filing my skin which burned a lot. They acrylic was really thick and wide she didn't file them well at all. I asked her to not paint them because I wanted to get out of there. I wont be going back there anytime soon, wouldn't recommend. read more

I am very picky when it comes to nail salon. After trying several places, I can say I found my place. It is very accommodating, quiet, no kids, and they do a great job. I always leave happy with beautiful nails. I little bit pricy I think but worth it. For shellac pedi and mani is about $65 with no tip added. read more

First and foremost I asked for them to remove the current set of acrylic nail I had on. The lady pulled out a painters spatula to take off the original set. On my thumb you can see she cut through my nail with it. It started bleeding badly and she then proceeded to super glue it. I should not have stayed after that at all. As u can see from the other pictures though she still didn't all the acrylic off. And she still charged the full amount and was upset with me when I tipped 5$ and proceeded to ask for more. I used to come here a lot to get acrylics done. They do great work and the prices are good! They even take walk-ins (but it might take a while if they are busy). The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because of one experience I had. I took my sister and I to get acrylics done. When I go by myself, I usually get shellac polish because it dries quickly and doesn't get chipped or damaged, but it is a little pricier. When I went with my sister I got us both regular polish instead of shellac to keep the price from getting crazy. After we were finished, I was waiting for my nails to dry. I was told they were fine and I could leave so I did. When I got in my car and tried to put on my seat belt I touched something to my nail and messed it up. :( That was probably my fault, but I was sad that I was told they were dry when they really weren't. Otherwise, I would recommend this location. They do a lot of great work and do more than just nails. If you want a manicure I would recommend the shallac polish. I hope to come back here soon, bye! read more

I was a walk-in client on a Monday afternoon. Before the door had closed I was welcomed in by numerous friendly voices. They asked how they could help me and I asked if they had time for a pedicure. They happily responded "Yes, pick a color" and they immediately started running water for my foot soak. There were 2 women already getting a pedi and 1 woman having a manicure. By the time I left, another 2 women walked in for pedis and 1 additional for a mani. They handled all clients right away, but stayed busy. I chose the lightest pink polish I could find and sat down. A lovely woman came right away as I fidgeted with their awesome pedi chair massage remote. She was so friendly, and we chatted a bit. From time to time the customers and the other employees made small talk and joked. The atmosphere was very welcoming and family-like. The technician was gentle on my piggies. I mentioned I wanted a French and showed her the pale pink I chose, and she offered another, even lighter pink color and recommended it instead. Perfect choice on her part! My reduction of 1 star is due to the French being slightly mismatched in shape and thickness. To address the casual passing of technician tools, I will honestly say I didn't see anything like that. In fact, as customers finished and left, each soaking bowl was scrubbed with a soapy abrasive sponge by the technician. Overall, I am beyond happy! I will be back! read more

I have been coming here for 11 years they have progressively been getting worse; today I asked for a manicure &pedicure. I did not get my manicure because I was so frustrated with my pedicure. it only took her 15 minutes she didn't scrub she didn't clean the toenail the massage didn't even exist but you want to charge $30 for what? you didn't do anything ma'am! I'm very disappointed just because you redid the inside of your store does not make you better it actually has made you guys worse and lazier. I came in as a walk-in and just wanted a basic manicure. She said it would be 5 minutes (yea, right!) After waiting 30 minutes I gave up and said I didn't have time to wait. They had completely finished my sister's manicure and didn't wMt to ask her to wait for me so irritating! Why not just say"Don't have time. Sorry. Can you come back in 30 minutes?l". Also, she pulled the little box of manicure tools out from under her table and when my sister asked if they had been sterilized she said "oh yes!" But then proceeded to clean them off with alcohol. Terrible experience. As soon as we got here we were greeted right away.. but they changed me nail techs twice . 12 & 15 . When I sat down with the lady at #12 she literally ripped my old set off . Then she quickly rushed me up from her chair and moved me to the lady at #15. I had a reference picture that was completely simple to do and asked her if she had coffin tips , she said she didn't but told me she can do coffin shaped . Once she got them on and even before shaping she was struggling and couldn't get the right shape . She used acetone and towels from the clients before me. I asked her nicely to just take them off , even offered to pay for the tips she had already used . Then the owner offered to do them for me which I was fine with but she then decided to let other people that walked in after sit in her chair . When I reminded her that herself and other nail techs told me that the owner would do it she completely flipped out and told me she couldn't . I wouldn't even give this place a one star . Completely disappointed and shook by the disrespectful staff and bad hygiene. read more

Went in there to get my lashes done. Decided to get my toes done afterwards, too! It's such a spacious and BEST OF ALL, clean salon. It's sad, but it's such a rarity to go into a nail salon and see it as clean as their place. After each guest left, they wiped down the area. Yes, they are being more cautious during the pandemic which is a huge plus, but I have a feeling they're super clean in general just by seeing how organized it was. Reasonable prices, did a good job. I been coming to this place for years on and off. Recently this place has disappointed me the last three times I've came here & I don't think I'll be coming back again honestly. This was a place I would even recommend but not anymore. I can never get a color or design I want & all I wanted was a french tip & I couldn't get it because their response was "you'll have to take off your whole nail, if you choose dark color it'll cover the under designs" wtf idc I'm paying for this! after arguing back & forth I ended up getting whatever color since they had already started doing my little ones nails. One, they are in a bad mood (previous times) Two, they tell you one price in the beginning then they tell you another one. I take my little one here & specifically tell them I only want her toes & she goes on & does her finger nails & wants to charge me $30 for it. Just very dissatisfied & disappointed. I got acrylic nails done for a wedding. The nails looked really pretty when they were done but were popping off within 3 days of having them. Within 4 days I had 5 nails pop off. I live out of town so I could not go back to get them fixed. They were expensive and poor quality. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am just finishing my 2 weeks of antibiotics from an awful fungal infection on my big toe because of their DIRTY tools!! I had to go to urgent care and ended up paying $75 + the $90 I spent on a shellac manicure/spa pedicure there with them (which is in my opinion pricey for the type of salon it is)... TERRIBLE, just TERRIBLE Oh and ALSO, my grandma was with me and she was getting a pedicure next to me. It was her first pedicure in like 20 years so she was a little nervous but excited as well. The lady who finished her pedicure handed the tools right over to the guy who was about to do my pedicure and he was about to start on my pedicure AND not even wash and sanitize the tools! I mean...REALLY? She's my grandma and I love her to the moon and back, but GROSS! I should have known right there and then that I should have left!!! ...2 days later...The fungal infection graced me with it's presence... (BTW, they did not use the same tools that they were about to use on my grandma on my pedicure, BUT I'm sure the tools they grabbed from the back were still disgustingly dirty from a previous customer that they did not sanitize)... read more

I just moved out to the Aurora centennial area. I have been looking for a place to get my nails done for months & months. I moved here from Brighton & the nail place I had out there was amazing. I don't wanna drive all the way out there to get quality nails... Anyways, like I said, I've been searching for a place to get my nails done since January. I went into daisy nails, no appointment, just walked in. I was immediately helped & my nail tech started right away. He did a wonderful job. I will now go to daisy anytime I need my nails done. I got dip nails a couple days ago and my thumb nail broke and it was coming off because the previous lady that did them was not that great. The pedicure was decent, but I just didn't feel this was the most sanitary place. I didn't see any of their tools come out of a sanitary bag or put back into anything to sanitize. The callous 'grater' didn't look all that clean to me and then she just wiped it off with a towel and put it back into the box. I could be very wrong, but most salons are pretty transparent in their sanitization or their tools and stations and I just didn't see any of that here. read more

First time here and the only reason my friend and I came here was because it was very close to where we had breakfast. Anyway, the lady that did my nails was rude, was rushing the entire time and even cut me on my thumb. When I politely asked her how long my friend was going to wait to get her nails done she said "just a few minutes ok?" I was shocked at how rude she was. So then I asked, "how many minutes?" And she replied the same. I almost left, but the only reason why I stayed was because the gentleman that was taking care of my friend was so nice and so sweet to us and THAT'S the ONLY reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars was because of him. I like this salon for pedicures but won't be coming back for a wax. I asked for eyebrows and lip. The lady says you need chin and I say no I don't want my chin. She said yes, only $5 more and you need. She starts on my eyebrows and then goes to my lip and then starts for my chin. I have a titanium plate from jaw surgery in my chin and tell her no I have a plate in my chin it hurts me so I don't want it. She ignored me and put the wax on my chin moving my hands when I tried to cover my chin. Then laughed at me when I jumped because I have a plate in my chin and it hurt. Will not let her near me ever again. read more
