I drove out there, they were aware of the status and asked me if I wanted my cuticles trimmed with the manicure because they do it two ways ?????? Excuse me? But cuticle trim is part of the manicure. If you wanted it, it would cost more! Then told me Oh, you have a Groupon? We don't take them anymore. I spoke with Groupon they were not aware this was happening. My daughter booked to have her nails done here and I went with for a pedicure. When we arrived I was given their menu and told the "Classic" pedicure was $40. The lady advised me during the pedicure that they offered smoothing/softening the heels with a machine for another $10 which I accepted. Therefore, when I went to pay, I expected to pay $50. However, I was told my pedicure was $65! They were charging me $15 for the nail polish. This was not told to me and was not stated on their menu by the classic pedicure. Apparently gel nail polish is $15! Outrageous! My daughter's nails were also grossly overpriced! I have had my nails done in Denver elsewhere as has my daughter and this place was almost $100 more than other places. It was also extremely slow. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off! read more

I had an appointment on Saturday morning to get nails done. (Would be back next day for pedicure) The tech who did my nails was very nice and sweet, she did a great job on the shape, color and French design however I did not like the application on my nail beds. The next day, the salon was able to assess my nails and fix free of charge. They did not give me any trouble and worked with me to provide the best customer service. JUST WOW‼ My adult daughter & I received great customer service/nails when they first opened. They went downhill with old product and both our nails were popping off before our 2 week fill after 3 times. Tried going back and explaining the issue she then attempted to say we needed a new set every 2-3 fills. Nah, I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 and I've never had an issue. Not to mention these particular nails are only two fills in & my daughter's was a brand new set...they shouldn't be doing this. She wanted to charge me for a whole new set, even though this product issue. After expressing just that she said that none of her other clients had been having issues. Maybe that's why she was slow last week? Definitely bad customer service, especially the newly opened you would think that they would want to keep the reputation trust me stay away! read more

Same shape, smooth, polished the sides of my nails & not thick. Kim did an amazing job with my pedi! She really got in my cuticles & cleaned them up so well. I couldn't be happier! Pet Peeve's: when nails techs don't polish the whole nail & leave the side unpolished, bumpy nails, super thick polish, nails are different shapes. I didn't experience any of these at Passion Nails. I have to update my review because the quality of the offered services have noticeably deteriorated and I've recommended this to a few people who actually told me they didn't like the experience. I've personally come to agree over time because while my initial visits were great, and I still stand by the fact that Han (I believe that's the owner's name) does the best work on acrylic and design, if you get any of the other workers, you're going to get a subpar job. I've been pretty disappointed with my last few experiences--my latest pedicure shape was atrocious and I don't even know how a basic task like that was messed up; the paint job was frankly a mess and I ended up just leaving with bare toes. My recent acrylic work has been sloppy, with lots of acrylic left on the underside of my nail and even parts of my knuckles. Han is like the only tech who can do good clean work and design but that leaves everyone else doing so-so work. Also don't come here if you're in a rush because if you're getting two services, expect a minimum of two hours. I'm sad to say I'll be looking for another salon. read more

I love this nail salon! best salon in piney creek, Aurora, centennia, Greenwood Village, Parker area hands down and they have the new genx nails with no harsh chemicals that are amazing!! . the owner is awesome and always remembers my name, nail preferences, color shape. they have every color of dip, nail art, gel, the salon is clean and they have enough nail techs to accommodate the traffic, they are all great and kind. the massage chairs are awesome and they respect your appointment times. best pedicures and don't require a cheese grater to remove callouses... they use buffers and callous softeners and actually work to gently acquire the silky soft soles of your feet instead of taking the easy way out and truly work on your feet until you are satisfied. this place is fantastic and doesn't disappoint. they are under new ownership and if you haven't tried them recently .... She's really fastidious about making sure every lash is in the right place and I've found they last longer than when I get them done elsewhere - typically 3-4 weeks. My normal nail tech moved so I tried this place and was pleasantly surprised. The vibe is great, the shop is very aesthetically pleasing. I found them through instagram and was in love with the tapered coffin/square shape they do. I showed them this pic from their page and pretty much wanted to replicate it, and I wanted the pinkie to be all silver (she forgot because someone "important" walked in ) I also wanted it a bit shorter. I didn't want the gems so I brought in MY own butterfly nail decals stickers. This is the outcome, there is nothing wrong with my nails, I just wanted the shape to be different but everything else came out pretty good. My nail tech would've charged me 55-65 for this but they charged me $75 . I wish they had a break down of prices, on their website because $75 for medium length, one color and they used my own butterfly nail decals is a bit pricey. Only difference I noticed between them and my nail tech is they don't encapsulate their nails with clear acrylic which makes them stronger and more difficult for nail decals to come off but I'll see how they hold up. read more

i requested and full Gel X set with a pedicure. I got my pedicure done it was amazing but my gel x set was terrible, the first time I had two nails crooked. And the nails weren't slightly crooked they were pointed in a different direction type of crooked. I asked her to just scrap the shaped I wanted orignally and to go with square. After 3-4 hours I left. When I woke up the next morning my cuticles were itchy and inflamed with puss coming out of them, they didn't sterilize their tools before use. So I had to take them off so I paid 120 dollars for that and had to take them off due to someone's negligence. read more

I thought it would be a good idea to warn anyone who is thinking about visiting this nail salon of the terrible experience I had. I am certain the woman who did my pedicure had never done a pedicure once in her life. First, she was extremely rough with my feet and kept pinching my toes while painting them. I noticed about half way through that my toes looked a little sloppy but figured she was going to fix it. After a while (this pedicure took an unusually long amount of time) she told me she was done even though she hadn't applied the top clear coat of the shellac. I was shocked - there was polish all over my toes. They looked terrible. They looked like a 5 year old had painted them (not exaggerating). I remarked that there was polish all over my toes which caught the attention of another woman (maybe the owner?) who then basically had to redo the whole thing. The other woman just kind of watched her. It was awkward. When I went to pay, the woman that originally did my pedicure said she wouldn't charge me and would give me a discount next time. Then, the second woman yelled over at her to charge me. I obviously didn't care about paying, but that exchange made the whole situation even more awkward. Oh yeah, and I came in at 2pm and left at 4pm, so I wasted 2 hours dealing with this. Piney Creek Nails across the street is a much safer bet. read more

I left this location very unhappy after a second attempt. My first visit was so nice, that I decided to come back today to get my nails done before my vacation. I even brought my friend along to show her how great the service and overall place was, but left extremely disappointed. This is an updated review from the first one I wrote. My friend and I came here around 2 p.m. today (1/7/2019) and there was only ONE person working. We both wanted a couple nail services done, finally after about 30-45 minutes a second employee that arrived to help. He kept stalling by making small talk and taking phone calls instead of completing the task of my nails. He wanted to do everything but my nails. My friend ended up having to leave for work and only got her feet done, but also wanted her nails dipped, which never happened due to lack of service. I ended up getting my feet and finger nails done, but it took TWO AND A HALF hours for the employees to complete. My feet had to be painted several times and still don't look right, but I had to leave because I cannot spend my whole day at this place. I left around 430 p.m. and was furious with the service and how poor my friend's and my experience was. I chose to come today to D&T nails today thinking my experience would be the same as the first time I had come, but it was a very, very poor experience and I do not recommend coming here. The "owner" or manager on duty, didn't even discount my services to the fullest potential, which is completely unacceptable for how unprofessional and poor the service was. A 25% discount doesn't fix the terrible service that happened today and charging practically full price for the services is ridiculous. read more
