A symptom of bigger problems I think because while waiting to speak to Tanya, I searched the salon for that license that's supposed to be hanging on the wall for that person who did my nails. No license displayed. Something the State of Colorado has smacked their hands for in the past. Over 2 weeks later I finally got my refund. I hope that the sweet person who tried to do my nails gets the training she deserves. I have no respect for how this owner treats customers.
