The pharmacist , Lev, is incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable, I always have lots of questions regarding my meds, which other pharmacists find annoying but Lev patiently listens and then advises. Lev is the truly the most amazing pharmacist I have ever known as he cares about each and every customer and takes the time to completely understand your health needs. His prices are competitive and his store is well stocked with practically every OTC item you can imagine. I feel incredibly blessed to have found Lev and Xpress pharmacy. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and will never go anywhere else.

It is a brand new pharmacy and has only been open for the past few months. The pharmacy is very clean and neat and has cards, tea, medical supplies, and all sorts of things. I was greeted with a smile from one of the pharmacists and she then helped me to find my medicine. I was so happy that they had it! I only love two blocks away so I will definitely be coming back for other things and recommending the pharmacy to others.

So you have to ask for a store associate to help you unlock the items you want. The positive side to that's is that there seems to be more room in the aisles now. There's also a phamarcy here and I believe they are either open late or they are 24 hours just like the store. Pretty tycpical CVS otherwise as far as what's available. Unlike those big chain pharmacies that could give two shits if something happens, this pharmacy has bent over backwards to make sure I have my medicine (which is beyond important as I am a type 1 diabetic). I highly recommend using this pharmacy; also, keep in mind, they deliver so even if you aren't in Rego Park, you can have your meds delivered which is totally worth it!

I took two buses and about an hour to arrive at this location so I could return a Starlink internet…read moredevice. I arrived at the location to hear that they did not print out shipping labels and I had to rewrap the open package myself. I thought it was a little weird they had no way to print a return shipping label (pdf file) and I had to purchase tape and rewrap the open package. I left the store hoping to find a place to print my return shipping package. After walking around the neighborhood, I realized that I needed to use my phone to locate a place to print the label. While walking to the nearest Staples, I realized that the pdf file I wanted to print was printable from any computer. Have you ever heard of a computer that could not print a pdf file? Me neither. I realized I had been lied to and consequently had to walk 13 blocks on a warm summer day to Staples. While on the way to Staples, I ran across a small business that was a Fedex shipping and printing center. I went in and was told to send my pdf file to the email address printed on the piece of paper in front of me. I was then handed a spoll of tape and told to wrap the package. When I had trouble with the package, the employee said he would help. He wrapped the package and printed the label. I left the business happy to have received what I should have gotten from the get go. Walgreens should hire better people. I am shocked at the bad customer service.

We had 6 items to pick-up, all on the same order. After pulling up the order, the employee found one item and then starting conversing with the female employee, clearly personal holiday related conversation. My wife told the employee, the order has these additional items, to which the employee retrieved one more then continued with his personal conversation. Again, reminded there are more items on the order then he retrieved one more item and then promptly ignored us again. This continued until he couldn't find an item then walked away, stating he couldn't find it. He then got dressed with street clothes and walked out the store. This degree of rudeness, flippant and inconsiderate behavior just seems unacceptable for a professional retail operation.
