Now, I come here once a year for vaccines but what's the point of an appointment? I scheduled an appointment but had to wait almost an hour. It's like this all the time. 1 star for the pharmacy, but I'd say 3 stars for the retail team so I give them 2 stars overall. The retail team is hit or miss.

It is a brand new pharmacy and has only been open for the past few months. The pharmacy is very clean and neat and has cards, tea, medical supplies, and all sorts of things. I was greeted with a smile from one of the pharmacists and she then helped me to find my medicine. I was so happy that they had it! I only love two blocks away so I will definitely be coming back for other things and recommending the pharmacy to others.

So you have to ask for a store associate to help you unlock the items you want. The positive side to that's is that there seems to be more room in the aisles now. There's also a phamarcy here and I believe they are either open late or they are 24 hours just like the store. Pretty tycpical CVS otherwise as far as what's available. She goes above and beyond to help me get the scripts. She calls me if the script is delayed. She calls other pharmacists to get the meds if she cannot fill it in time. The phone is always answered by a human being. Today, she helped me get a script and called my insurance company to get support. Ultimately, she got it done. After being abused and ignored at CVS for way too long- I hope that others joined the CVS exodus and run, don't walk across the street to Metro Scripts

Arthur is an exceptional pharmacist and will very kindly answer all your questions. Unlike those big chain pharmacies that could give two shits if something happens, this pharmacy has bent over backwards to make sure I have my medicine (which is beyond important as I am a type 1 diabetic). I highly recommend using this pharmacy; also, keep in mind, they deliver so even if you aren't in Rego Park, you can have your meds delivered which is totally worth it!

Attempting to pickup photos at approximately 10:10pm, the employee (male) was busy making jokes…read morewith another employee (female) and was rude and unhelpful. We had 6 items to pick-up, all on the same order. After pulling up the order, the employee found one item and then starting conversing with the female employee, clearly personal holiday related conversation. My wife told the employee, the order has these additional items, to which the employee retrieved one more then continued with his personal conversation. Again, reminded there are more items on the order then he retrieved one more item and then promptly ignored us again. This continued until he couldn't find an item then walked away, stating he couldn't find it. He then got dressed with street clothes and walked out the store. This degree of rudeness, flippant and inconsiderate behavior just seems unacceptable for a professional retail operation.
