So you have to ask for a store associate to help you unlock the items you want. The positive side to that's is that there seems to be more room in the aisles now. There's also a phamarcy here and I believe they are either open late or they are 24 hours just like the store. Pretty tycpical CVS otherwise as far as what's available. The staff is friendly for the most part.

I arrived at the location to hear that they did not print out shipping labels and I had to rewrap the open package myself. I thought it was a little weird they had no way to print a return shipping label (pdf file) and I had to purchase tape and rewrap the open package. I left the store hoping to find a place to print my return shipping package. After walking around the neighborhood, I realized that I needed to use my phone to locate a place to print the label. While walking to the nearest Staples, I realized that the pdf file I wanted to print was printable from any computer. Have you ever heard of a computer that could not print a pdf file? Me neither. I realized I had been lied to and consequently had to walk 13 blocks on a warm summer day to Staples. While on the way to Staples, I ran across a small business that was a Fedex shipping and printing center. I went in and was told to send my pdf file to the email address printed on the piece of paper in front of me. I was then handed a spoll of tape and told to wrap the package. When I had trouble with the package, the employee said he would help. He wrapped the package and printed the label. I left the business happy to have received what I should have gotten from the get go. Walgreens should hire better people. I am shocked at the bad customer service.

We had 6 items to pick-up, all on the same order. After pulling up the order, the employee found one item and then starting conversing with the female employee, clearly personal holiday related conversation. My wife told the employee, the order has these additional items, to which the employee retrieved one more then continued with his personal conversation. Again, reminded there are more items on the order then he retrieved one more item and then promptly ignored us again. This continued until he couldn't find an item then walked away, stating he couldn't find it. He then got dressed with street clothes and walked out the store. This degree of rudeness, flippant and inconsiderate behavior just seems unacceptable for a professional retail operation.

Now, I come here once a year for vaccines but what's the point of an appointment? I scheduled an appointment but had to wait almost an hour. You HAVE to call them and make sure it's ready. I would call in a week before. Usually they'll have it in stock within 3 days, but a week to be safe. And expect long wait times. If you live close by or passing through, go there in person to see if you can get it early or if they can put in the request.

This CVS also carried my default favorite chocolate chip cookie brand, Tate's Bake Shop. Customer service is really average as there is only one cashier open and the other cash registers are closed. The cashier had to wait for an eternity for the register to unexpectedly reboot and stated she cannot open the other two registers but moved me walking to the self-service check-out register to ring-up. In my employment history, I had worked in two (2) retail brick and mortar store businesses and there is always one register that is closed because there is no cash intentionally, but during the holidays this register functions designated for credit/debit cards only payment intended to alleviate the long queuing line surrounding the cash wrap for customer efficient movement flow. Customer service used to be a strong point here, but now it feels like an afterthought. Simple questions or requests are sometimes met with impatience or lack of professionalism, which shouldn't be the case in a customer-facing environment. Corporate really needs to take a closer look at what's happening in these stores and consider implementing better customer service training. A more positive and respectful approach would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

The store looked like a bomb hit it, as most do. There were bins with sale items in the front, and the register was on the side with bins in front of it. When I went to the register, the associate said she wasn't open and that the person who should be was coming. I just ended up going to self-checkout and only bought one item instead of the 6-10 items I actually needed. The store looks like a complete mess, with a lot of barely stocked shelves.
