That part deserves acknowledgment. However, my experience with their delivery service has been consistently problematic, and at this point, unacceptable. I will not mention names, but the delivery drivers they outsource to are unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I've experienced repeated delivery issues, including false claims that my address was incorrect, despite the fact that they have delivered to this same address before, albeit with ongoing problems. What makes this worse is the timing. There is an incoming snowstorm, and instead of clear communication or accountability, I'm receiving inaccurate information and excuses. Riverdale Specialty Pharmacy should reevaluate the third-party delivery partners they choose to work with. Thank your delivery partner for losing patient trust and potentially compromising access to essential medication. Courtesy at the counter does not make up for a delivery failure. Reliability matters.
