Anyone who has ever dealt with Vitamin Shoppe customer service via email, chat, or phone knows they're among the worst in the industry. I got the impression she was more interested in tapping away on her iPad than assisting me. Her response " Wait a minute I into something right now" as she fiddled away on her device. After a while she goes to the computer keyboard, taps a few key and she says " ok you're all set".
