It makes me want to stop smoking entirely. The quality has significantly declined. I say this as someone who grows. On top of that, there is this person named Diego working there who is extremely transphobic. After multiple complaints, he refuses to extend the most basic respect to customers. They used to be a lot more intentional and chill. It sucks but they really just don't value their customers here. I used to recommend this place, now i can say it is probably one of the worst dispensaries I've been to. They have no accommodations if something is wrong with your order and they couldn't care less.

It's going to be difficult to compete with their combination of a clean, inviting layout, quality selection, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and super convenient (for me) location at the corner of Atlantic & Smith. Whatever vapes, gummies, tinctures, flower, drinks, balms (what a world we're living in), or any other of the myriad ways to consume THC/CBD products exist, Yerba Buena has you covered. And they've got someone who's ready to explain it all to you in a calming, nice, women/Latin-owned small business that feels oh so welcoming. The prices are on par with the other dispensaries I've checked out nearby, and by that I mean it's a little pricier than when you may have purchased such things illegally (I obviously never did such things), but pretty solid for the value in 2025. Bring cash.

The Budtender Tiffany was rude and ruined my experience of shopping at Matawana. Plus, there are places locally that charge less for the exact same products sold there. The product quality is outstanding and, most importantly, consistent every single time. That kind of reliability is rare and deeply appreciated. As I prepare to leave the state, I can honestly say this is one of the things I'll miss the most. I truly doubt I'll find anything that compares to Empire Cannabis Club anywhere else in the country. They've spoiled me in the best way. A special shout-out to the person who personally reached out to me, who I believe is the owner. The kind words and wishes for safe travels during my move meant more than I can put into words. That level of personal connection speaks volumes about the heart behind this business. Empire isn't just a cannabis club, it's an experience, a standard, and a place my heart has grown deeply attached to. Forever grateful, and forever recommending.

**Sold me a bad/faulty expired product and didn't care when I brought it to their attention.**…read more On one long friday after work I decided I wanted to wind down and buy an Ayrloom weed drink to relax. I asked for the 4 pack but they only had 3 in stock. The general manager HIMSELF was like to make it 4 I can give you the one on the shelf, I'm like cool. One night I drink two of the drinks. The first tasted amazing. I decided I wanted to go even further and have a second one, but this product tasted like chemicals/expired/idk what. But I definitely know what it's supposed to taste like because I drank the same one literally 1 hour prior. That night I also ended up getting sick with a sore throat from whatever it was I drank. Anyways I check the lot number on the bottom of the can and it has no valid code except "for display ONLY" on the can. So I call the store and speak to this employee who tells me I can have an exchange because I was sold a faulty product. So l walk 20 minutes to the store and get the general manager again to assist me. I explain the situation, how the product tasted expired and had an untraceable lot number on the bottom but he dismissed me and tried to get me to buy something else. After walking 20 minutes home again, I called the store to ask to speak to him to explain further and at least let him know to stop giving customers products whose origins cannot be traced. However, he told the employee that answered to tell me "he was in a meeting" (what meeting is taking place at a dispo) and shooed me off the phone. I'm not one to leave a review like this but it's the principle, of the situation. To sell faulty products and when it's brought to your attention you dismiss the person and make them out to be crazy for bringing it to your attention. I am a frequent shopper here and I'm not about to trip over a $5 drink when I could be doing other things, that's embarrassing. But the manager himself made a major error and didn't care how it affected the customer. Shop at your own risk.
