They have given me deals almost every time and the last time the dude gave me a killer deal but the color I wanted was only left in the display so I agreed on it. I'm a huge vape enthusiasts and own more than one human should including enough juice to start my own store. But this vape had sticky buttons after charging later that night and it did not function properly and made one of my sun ohm coils catch fire. I returned the next day before (on my way to) work as it's right off the Barclay stop that I need to switch trains to I figured I'd run over quick. This was my first time ever going in before like 8-9pm. It was about 1pm(ish) and an older gentleman was in there and I explained everything to him and he originally told me the kid will be here in 2 hours and I said I have to go to work so he took the time to try on a coil and he saw what I was talking about and it would not stop firing. He called the kid, verified my last nights purchase and gave me a quick and painless exchange for a new one. I really like this spot and hope they get a few newer higher end mods and maybe some mechanical mods aside from 1 vgod cause there still is a demand for them. The vgod is an amazing mech mod by the way and the vgod tank they have both and the box mod but they have the price a bit too high on that one currently. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent all in one kit or a huge selection of juice. Mech mods and drip tank selections are a bit slim but hopefully that changes as they progress with this every fast changing industry.

I found the closest shop to where I was staying, and as always checked their Yelp reviews. Fifteen minutes away is more like 30 minutes with Brooklyn traffic. Well worth the trek! I called first and spoke with Jeff to make sure they had what I needed. He wasn't sure, but I asked about alternatives, and he confirmed they carried coils and tanks. Fine. If they don't have my coils, I'll just buy a new tank. Well, they had my coils, and at a very reasonable price. I started to talk to Vinny and had a nice conversation about a few things we have in common. The guys were so cool that I didn't want to leave with just a box of coils. I asked Vinny to sell me something else--just because... He showed me a pod system and I bought that and an extra box of coils for it. I will be back and plan to buy all my vape supplies from this great store in the future. No need to buy online anymore. Cool store. Cool people. Go check it out. You'll become a loyal customer. 10 days into the new year and the one resolution I've never been able to, er, resolve: quit…read moresmoking. So I found Wyse Vapes on Yelp and wandered in this afternoon just to do some window shopping and maybe get a gist of what this whole vaping thang is about. Am I glad this was the first vape shop I went to, because Wyse Vapes is fabulous!!! First of all, the place is clean and airy (pun intended)--customers talking vapespeak and pluming away at the long spacious counter notwithstanding. On the left behind the counter shelves and shelves of e-liquids line the walls like a candy-colored apothecary. On the right in glass cabinets are a plethora of e-cigarettes, hookahs, box mods and vaping contraptions of all shapes and sizes. I must've looked like an idiot cuz I stood there bewildered and overwhelmed for what seemed like an eternity. One of the staff (Tanya, bless her) didn't make like a pushy salesperson and quietly waited behind the counter. But when I got over my initial discombobulation and asked for her help, she went above and beyond to show and explain the difference between (oh heck can I just call these doovalackeys "vaping gadgets"???) and let me test drive a few. With the patience of a saint she answered all my questions, even when I had to ask repeatedly (okay so I'm not good with mad scientist Rube Goldberg-esque stuff). Martin (the other staff guy) was equally helpful and neither of them made me feel like a dork for being a vaping noob. Tanya helped me find the perfect combination of atomizer & tank system. I was still overwhelmed by the sheer volume of e-liquid options, so I went for two basics: Sweet Tobacco and Blizzard, both of which I was allowed to sample at my leisure. The prices are fair and comparable to what you find elsewhere. Sure I could probably get what I got for $5-$10 less online, but let me just say that for the amazing customer service I received today, not only is that price difference negligible but it's well worth it. I went home happy and have been blowing smoke rings and geeking out with my new toy. No doubt I'll return to Wyse Vapes soon...if not for new e-liquid then for an extra atomizer cartomizer thingee or maybe even a bigger better box mod! Plume on, Wyse Vapes!

It's honestly more than just a vape shop it's like a second home to a lot of people. Everyone is extremely friendly and you will always meet someone new to talk to and enjoy a nice talk. I hear they are adding a few more really cool features to the shop so I'm definitely excited to see what will happen. Did I mention they have free parking in the back!
