Upon checking my customer portal, I discovered management generated an unauthorized transaction (Order #1532537246) billed under my profile totaling $30.04. This included four $0.01 manual "POS Product" overrides and a $30.00 charge for retail merchandise (POM Beanie) that I never ordered, authorized, or tendered payment for.  Manufacturing unauthorized orders and utilizing manual penny overrides on consumer accounts to balance POS ledgers and offload promotional inventory has been formally documented and submitted as supplemental evidence to active NYS Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) Incident #2780. Receipt screenshot attached. Stay far away from this dispensary if you expect customer loyalty to mean anything. I have been a loyal, high-spend customer since day one, reaching their top "Elite" tier and accumulating nearly 10,000 points through thousands of dollars in lifetime spend. Their rewards program is a calculated bait-and-switch. They heavily market "$1 = 1 point" with up to a 2.5x multiplier to incentivize continuous spending, while actively concealing the fact that you cannot redeem your points for money off your order subtotal, cash discounts, or any regulated cannabis products whatsoever. There is zero option to apply your banked balance as a discount at checkout. What makes this completely insulting is that they actively advertise 10% off real products for college students 21+ with a valid school ID, yet their highest-spending, top-tier "Elite" regulars are barred from getting a single dollar knocked off their purchases. Instead, points can only be redeemed for an arbitrary stash of cheap plastic and merchandise: they charge 1,000 points for a $19.50 rolling tray, while simultaneously demanding an absurd 500 points for a single $1.50 box of paper matches. That means spending $200 to $500 in real cash earns you a buck-fifty matchbook, with zero ability to use those points to save a single dollar on weed. When I escalated this deception directly to their manager, Domingo, I explicitly explained that I only consume high-end indoor flower and solventless concentrates. Domingo promised me that their CEO, Osbert Orduña, would personally call me, and then specifically told me: "I got you, I know what kind of smoker you are." Handing that entire bag of trash to a high-spending customer after saying "I got you" is the ultimate sign of disrespect. Instead of an executive call or honoring actual monetary point value, they dispatched an insulting "sample bag" of bottom-tier corporate vendor junk--a cheap promotional beanie, mass-market Stiiizy and Ayrloom distillate gummies, a Tune infused seltzer, a Stiiizy liquid diamond disposable vape, and a Stiiizy 40s distillate-infused pre-roll. Dumping cheap promotional sweepings, mass-produced distillate, and sprayed weed on a top-tier regular to settle thousands of dollars in spend is a complete slap in the face. When I immediately called the store back to tell them the bag was completely unacceptable and that I wanted my account permanently closed, the staff claimed Domingo wasn't there and that they had no idea when he'd be back. When I had them take a message detailing the whole issue with the bag and the points, the employee on the phone casually dismissed me with a flat "cool." Written support messages have been completely ignored since. To make matters worse, their online menu shows complete carelessness--listing solventless Rythm Tier 1 Live Rosin at an identical $47.50 flat rate to hydrocarbon BHO live resin diamonds. There are plenty of other licensed dispensaries that actually value high-spending, loyal customers without playing games with their points. Take your business elsewhere. Formal complaint submitted to the NY Office of Cannabis Management with full documentation attached.
