It makes me want to stop smoking entirely. The quality has significantly declined. I say this as someone who grows. On top of that, there is this person named Diego working there who is extremely transphobic. After multiple complaints, he refuses to extend the most basic respect to customers. They used to be a lot more intentional and chill. It sucks but they really just don't value their customers here. I used to recommend this place, now i can say it is probably one of the worst dispensaries I've been to. They have no accommodations if something is wrong with your order and they couldn't care less.

**Sold me a bad/faulty expired product and didn't care when I brought it to their attention.**…read more On one long friday after work I decided I wanted to wind down and buy an Ayrloom weed drink to relax. I asked for the 4 pack but they only had 3 in stock. The general manager HIMSELF was like to make it 4 I can give you the one on the shelf, I'm like cool. One night I drink two of the drinks. The first tasted amazing. I decided I wanted to go even further and have a second one, but this product tasted like chemicals/expired/idk what. But I definitely know what it's supposed to taste like because I drank the same one literally 1 hour prior. That night I also ended up getting sick with a sore throat from whatever it was I drank. Anyways I check the lot number on the bottom of the can and it has no valid code except "for display ONLY" on the can. So I call the store and speak to this employee who tells me I can have an exchange because I was sold a faulty product. So l walk 20 minutes to the store and get the general manager again to assist me. I explain the situation, how the product tasted expired and had an untraceable lot number on the bottom but he dismissed me and tried to get me to buy something else. After walking 20 minutes home again, I called the store to ask to speak to him to explain further and at least let him know to stop giving customers products whose origins cannot be traced. However, he told the employee that answered to tell me "he was in a meeting" (what meeting is taking place at a dispo) and shooed me off the phone. I'm not one to leave a review like this but it's the principle, of the situation. To sell faulty products and when it's brought to your attention you dismiss the person and make them out to be crazy for bringing it to your attention. I am a frequent shopper here and I'm not about to trip over a $5 drink when I could be doing other things, that's embarrassing. But the manager himself made a major error and didn't care how it affected the customer. Shop at your own risk.

I purchased a $75 Stiizy vape that turned out to be defective after barely using it. I brought the…read morevape back into the dispensary where I purchased it, and the sales associate (very nice and helpful) verified the purchase in the system, confirmed the product was barely used, apologized for the situation, and said she would have to contact her manager to see what they could do to resolve. I waited 30 minutes for the manager to return to the store, just to be routed to the general manager on the phone. Sheena, the general manager, was completely unhelpful and refused to offer any solution. Instead of addressing the issue, she spent 10 minutes interrogating me about when I noticed it wasn't working, and the timeline of purchase to returning it to the store to address the issue. She continued on with a tangent about how they are not a "big product company like Sephora". I asked how that was relevant to selling dysfunctional vape products and her reply was "she used to be a manager at Sephora and they could easily refund defective products". It was clear she had no interest in helping customers or standing behind the products they sell. Extremely disappointing and a waste of time and money. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend others take their business elsewhere.
