I walked in and immediately knew that I was going to love this place. The minute I stepped through…read morethe door I was greeted like an old friend. I was offered candy, pretzels, soda/ water. The owner, Angela, walked up to me, introduced herself and took care of me personally. I headed in knowing nothing about vaping and I didn't need to know anything because it wasn't expected to! After chatting for an hour, I left there and realized that nobody even pressured me to buy anything and I now knew so much more about vaping than I thought I would ever know. Upon my second visit I was directed towards the juice bar filled with juices of all kinds. I was handed a list by another very sincere employee. I read over it twice but I had my mind made up in seconds- I was going to try EVERY flavor. Without batting an eye and the patience of a saint, one by one I was handed a tester with every flavor under the sun. Dessert flavors, fruity, minty, and some house mixed flavors as well. when it came to be decision time I was overwhelmed. I had tried so many I was lost on what I wanted. Lucky for me, the guy behind the counter knew exactly what I wanted because he remembered every flavor I commented on in my taste testing frenzy. Within two minutes I was set up with three very reasonably priced juices that I took home with me ( without even breaking twenty five bucks!!!). Literally, the next day I came in to rave about the juices. They remembered my name and still do to this day (Granted, now i'm in there on a weekly basis). Remembering my eventful conversation with Angela on that first visit, I came prepared with the earnings of my paycheck to purchase a better model to use with the new juices. I bought what they call their premium package. It consists of an itaste mvp of my color choice(Blue!!) and its digital easy to use settings , iclear 30 tank, two juices and a free Faded Vapes bottle of juice(my favorite) , charging port(this thing holds a battery for over a week AND can charge your phone for you!). They took the time to set it up for me and explain how to use it even thought it was ten minutes to closing time. This place is perfect all in all. They keep the good juices around and listen to what you have to say. They have new flavors practically every week and take requests. They don't give you anything they wouldn't use themselves and are extremely sanitary. I have sent every friend, neighbor, coworker, person I met on the bus to this place. Nobody can say a bad work about em'. I get stopped everywhere I go and get compliments on my vape. Now if you are like me and go through phones more than your wallet can afford then this is the place for you. My vape has been through more falls and drops than phone #7 has this year. Its extremely durable and they thoroughly check it out to make sure its perfectly safe for use very time I go in there in tears because I fell asleep with it in my hand and woke up with it on the floor. Another great thing is when they check you out they give you this little card. Every time you buy a juice they stamp it and sooner rather than later you get a free one. how cool is that? They are some of the sweetest people I've met in my entire life and you really cant get that kind of service, quality, consideration and assortment in any other shop on Staten Island... and just one more little side note.* the faded vapes are my favorite . So far I have Sancho(0mg),Cloud Princess(6mg), $15k(6mg) Among my other flavors.. The owner Jose gave me my space when I first came in and noticed I was taking my time looking at the selection, then came in to give me his two cents and answer any questions I had. Pleasantly surprised to find that almost all of the cigars in the store were hand rolled at that location. It had been a while since I had a good cigar and I needed something to celebrate with so he pointed out the perfect selection. On top of that not only did they have wooden matches, but they had cedar as well to get a fresh start on the gar. The only thing missing was a dominoes / chess table, but I'm sure they had one I didn't see. Fantastic quality, especially for the price. I was a little nervous buying an eight dollar cigar but it easily smokes like a 15 or $20 cigar. If you're in Brooklyn, and you need a cigar for a celebration, wedding, birthday, bachelor party, funeral, or just a nice smoke - this is a spot for you. Fresh cigars and all different kinds of blends from a nice light morning cigar to a robust evening cigar to pair with some liquor. I did not smoke at the location, but it seemed comfy enough. Owner is dressed sharp, so it's worth throwing the smoking jacket on if you're gonna stay. I've been here a couple times now and anybody reading the one star reviews should not consider them worth any value. To be quite frank, the neighborhood and streets down the block are not that great and I'm sure the owner has some spill over into his store. As the Chappelle joke goes, just because you're black doesn't mean you're a.......... you get where I'm going. If you're respectful, and a friendly paying customer (cash is king), you will be treated with five out of five service. Let's start with the vibes, which are reminiscent of NYC shops that are long gone... cluttered with all sorts of interesting finds from seriously unique bongs to pet care. Now let's talk about customer service. Amber and Harley were the best! Personable, knowledgeable and just fabulous!
