The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the products are pretty expensive (equal to a higher priced sephora line). I'm fine with cost if it is worth it, but their prices/products seem a little too "mom and pop". For example, the face oil I purchased wasn't full when I brought it home and opened it. So i went bak to see the other bottles, and they all kind of had slightly different amounts of product. My boyfriend also picked up a serum for me and he got a different pump than the dropper the product had two months prior. ALL THESE THINGS ARE FINE, just maybe lower the price until you have all the fine details ironed out.

I sensed this person had a dismissive attitude and it wasn't the first time I experienced that from this person. She told we "I'll take care of it", after she asked for my cell number. I got the impression she was more interested in tapping away on her iPad than assisting me. I then asked if she could address my issue since I had no intentions of walking away until the matter had been fixed. Her response " Wait a minute I into something right now" as she fiddled away on her device. After a while she goes to the computer keyboard, taps a few key and she says " ok you're all set". A few days later I found that she didn't remove the charge. Stay away from this store.
