Best dispensary by my house. Compared to everything around they have the best prices. Also, they do deals once you have your phone number in the system and they automatically send you a text message. And you don't want to miss those deals. They're like 50% off by one get one and so much more. I will say tho bring cash just because you know how Card fees can be. It's everywhere you go and they can be rough! The staff is amazing!! Everyone has good vibes and they're definitely super informative when it comes to what you want as long as you're asking questions. read more

Amazingly rude customer service. It's like they actively do not want anyone in the store spending money. I went in looking for low-dose edibles and the woman on staff reacted in a way that was positively hostile. I don't apologize for needing something lower-octane, but her response to this request was to be as rude and sneering as possible. Off the chain mean. I will absolutely not be returning, and I recommend that no one else support this absolute joke of a dispensary as well. Pro tip: if you are not familiar with the concept of good customer service, do not open a customer-facing business. read more

I wish I could put zero. This place is trash they don't know anything about flower or good quality products, they're a race-to-the-bottom-type place that fill shelves with anything they can find and then sell things on discount or in bulk w BOGO deals bc they're expiring or not selling. Never look for canna products on sale, that means it's been on the shelf for too long!! They even tried to give me a "promo" preroll once and then mentioned to me it was cuz they were expired. Like FR?! This place has sales 2x a week! So you know their giant selection isn't selling! Plus you know management is bad when all the staff you like are gone within a few weeks of each other and the new people have zero customer service skills. So many better spots in the area - def won't be shopping here again! read more

This has been the worst dispo in the city the worker don't know what there talking about they will let u buy sum reggie garbage for $50 and send you out the door. Don't go here if u want to get good weed. I tried multiple times otw home from work and every time they sold me some bs. read more

It feels like either my mom will see this and get disappointed, or my employer will see this and get firey, or the people that used to be called drug dealers would get understandably heated that I'm publicly outing them as drug dealers. My mom doesn't care what I do as long as I provide her with her own drug of choice (access to grandchildren), my employer can't get upset if I'm not doing anything illegal, and I imagine Empire Cannabis Clubs want positive reviews of their establishment because they want more customers. Because this is now legal. As it should be, considering it's more helpful, and less harmful than alcohol. Also, it also feels weird to purchase marijuana in the same space (this used to be a Kay Jewelers) where I bought a wedding ring. But it's very close to where I live, and I was walking by, and curious. All my feelings aside, here are some things I can report: 1. The staff here is super friendly, and accommodating. From the security guard in front to the guy who explained the process and showed me the wares, to the cashier and other folks standing around. 2. Cash (or debit card for a fee) only. 3. They have a nice selection of anything anyone might want (or at least anything I'd want). 4. It's pretty pricey, but maybe that's the going rate for the legal stuff. I don't know, I'm not really up on such things. All in all, seems like a good establishment. It's also very conveniently located on the Fulton Mall.
