Okay this is for the shipping service. Every single time I go, either the shipping services are closed OR I takes literally 20-30 minutes for someone to get to me when I'm the only one in line. They have a decent selection of office and school supplies. You can get just about anything you need and be in and out pretty quick. The downside is that the prices are not all that competitive and with all of the employees working there it is still hard to get anyone to help you if you have a question. read more

Completely rude employee (computer tech) named Jake accused me of previously using a coupon that I received in the mail with our business rewards points. When the cashier told him the register showed that the date it was used was TODAY, like right now! He said I must have used it online. He would not even look up, and the cashier just stood there looking at me. I asked if maybe the two coupons were really just one coupon, and she said " maybe?" maybe :/there was no manager that came to help! ( Steven was the mngr on duty) and no one cared if there was a problem! It was only $5, but his accusations were embarrassing and degrading! I went in to this store today needing to exchange an opened ink cartridge, and fully expected to be told that they wouldn't accept it. But I was pleasantly surprised that they let me explain that my printer wasn't recognizing the cartridge even though it was the correct one, and gladly let me exchange it for a new one. The customer service was friendly and cheerful, and even said that if the new cartridge still wouldn't work they would gladly refund my money. Thankfully, it worked and all is well. I am a local business and I purchase a lot of office supplies for my store. I've has a few issues where the employees were unsure or confused about selling certain large ticket items. Last item was a office chair. The sales associate sold it with the $15 assembly charge stating that they would deliver it and assemble on site. After calling back to see when they would be delivering, the manager, Tom informed me that there was no chair ticket in his store and that they do not deliver. Instead of admitting fault and stating that his employees were misinformed he continued to argue with me and offer no solution to the issue. Again this is not the first time our business has had an issue with the management at this location, and I can guarantee you after this we will go out of our way to NEVER return to this branch. read more

The customer service is great but I spend more time waiting to get checked out than I do trying to find what I'm looking for in the store. The store is dirty and extremely unorganized. BEWARE if you want to send faxes out of this location -- they are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and very slow!!!! We had 12 pages to send (6 pages each) to fax to two locations back East. They charged $23 for 12 pages and it is so slow it took 25 minutes to send 12 pages through. $23 is an outrageous fee but we needed to get these pages sent so didn't have a lot of time to shop around but will in the future. Also it is so slow we were told because they have a very slow server. WHAATTT???!!! This is a store that sells computers!!! read more

Really terrible service at the printing center. The other staff members are very helpful but I ended up walking out angry because I was generally ignored or treated rudely by the printing staff. I will find a new place to print papers. The library is a great place to print small amounts of prints. Generally, I like Staples but stay away from this particular printing place for personal or small print jobs! read more

I placed my print order and was surprised that the two pages I needed printed would not be available until the next morning. However, I figured they must have had a lot of print jobs and was fine to wait a day. I waited for a confirmation email and didn't receive one of the completion of the print job. So I called 4 hours after it was supposed to be ready. It hadn't been printed off, but I was told she would print it off and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I drove to the store to pick it up and she was busy printing off hundreds of pages for people who had just come into the store and hadn't bothered to print my 2 pages off on the completely separate color machine. I waited patiently for 15 minutes while she wordlessly kept printing off other papers. I finally asked if she had printed my order and she said she hadn't and that I'd have to wait for the people in front of me even though I had placed my order before hand. It was very frustrating and a waste of my time. If you choose to print through them, make sure it's actually done before you go in and make sure you have time to wait for it to be ready. read more

Sooo I normally shop at this location but now I will shop at another Staples in Murrieta or out of town because I travel for work. Well here is my explanation... I received a coupon at the end of my receipt for a previous purchase, it was a high dollar coupon $10 off $30 or more purchase which I can easily spend at Staples. Now, here is the catch it expired 4/28/18 and the day I tried to use it was the(day before my birthday) on May 19th. However I had been reading online how Staples will accept expired coupons, as I entered the store I asked an employee if this was indeed true and I was told that yes it was so I set off shopping, got to the register and low and behold the manager at this location basically said too bad so sad he would not honor it BECAUSE....it was past the 7 days AFTER the coupon expired, WHAT?????? Like where is that magical 7 day policy written, I assure you it was not on my receipt. So today I called Staples 800 customer service number and guess what they said? " It's up to the manager at each location to allow you to use the coupon" I had spent plenty at this location to even qualify for the coupon. To top it off I don't have the coupon anymore to try to use at another location. So, my dear readers if you must shop at a Staples do yourself a favor don't use the Temecula, CA location where customer goodwill obviously isn't a priority.( as per staples comment below this person obviously didn't read my review by simply repeating what I already stated .Amazon and eBay are looking better and better.) read more

This is my go to place for ink, paper, shipping supplies and now POST OFFICE. This is good since in south Temecula you had only one choice for years and that was to drive to the main post office and wait in loooong lines, then last year they opened a little satellite office which was very convenient but the very first thing I mailed from them got "LOST" in the mail for two months...well, they just closed that satellite but this staples has just opened a USPS inside by the copy center! So far, so good. On another note, the copy and print center may be on the slow side in waiting on you, but they are on the HIGH side if helping you out, doing extras for you and trying to make you happy! Tip, if you need printing, go online and use their upload service then it will be ready when you get there! Of course, I don't recommend staples for regular printing because of their prices, but for occasional things needed quick this is a great option! read more

I would like to give this store a good review because they are honest and helpful. I couldn't get the mouse on my laptop to move so I took it in to have it checked expecting to have to buy a new one. I would almost give this staples no stars after today. I was very disgusted and felt disrespected that this team today really could care less to help me. I went to go by new ink Cartages for my 6 week old printer. My biggest concern was this man whom told me "your shit out of luck". Once I got home and put the new color and black cartages in my printer, it wasn't printing clearly, the color was not bold, there where white lines through the paper, and the documents where faded, after they should be very efficient after spending 95$ on brand new color. Fresh and Easy. Not really. I called and exampled, asked for help, this guy said the guy laughed and stated, well we don't no anything about printers, you will have to go the brand of your printer for help, we just sell the printers. Just like you would go to a liquor store when you go buy alcohol the people selling it don't no what's wrong with it. LIKE WHAT? I wasn't happy with the response for his rudeness, laziness, and disrespect. First how do you work at a Office based store, how did you get hired if you have no knowledge what's so ever or yet to care. He said find the recite I will give you a brand new printer and cartages if you purchased it within 30 days. My luck, I couldn't find the recite as I am freaking out I am going to lose money and this guy doesn't really give a damn to go out of his way to think of what could be the problem, or ask a team mate what could we do. He just simply wanted me to take my time and go through all this trouble in calling the brand of my computer, waiting on hold, bringing in the printer. ALL of that work, when just when I asked later tonight for my boyfriend to help me once he got off work. He simply just saved me money and TIME. Because why would anyone want to base there stress during the day by taking care of a printer or making sure you wont lose money after it being broken so soon. We sleeping just cleaned, unclogged the nozzle of the new cartages and the machine actually did it itself within 1 minute. Luckily my boyfriend is a genius with computers and electronics now printers, that really, you should be trying to sell a printer to a customer explain false information for commission or just pay rate and lie about it, then later you have no idea about them that you just sell them. Would you do that to your best friend? I feel abused, not very helpful at all. Its been a long day trying to take care of my issue, I wish my boyfriend was here earlier from work so I could save the stressful day. Ridiculous, Staples you should really give your employees an orientation or not hire them if there clueless or just there to get paid. Some of us have businesses, school, work, etc. that that is why we purchase such expensive laptops, computers printers, because we need it in order to be successful The last thing we want is a broken down something and be told well theres nothing I can do for you because I just sell them we don't know how to fix them. Kind of scary, if I didn't get insurance it also could have been worse, concerning to ever buy something from this location again you just might get "shit out of luck" or "I don't knows oh wells" I am human to, and I sure as hell don't want to waste or lose out of money because someone just wants to give me a new printer instead of just making a little fix. I decided that after letting a little over a year go by, that I would visit this store again. My tower crashed and also my lap top crashed about a month ago - they were very old. The tower is for my business and the lap is for personal use. So I need 2 computers. I went to the store in the morning.......I visited the computer section of the store......I waited for help....There was one young man working the phone and the register.... he saw me... he yelled out... I'll be right with you. He knew nothing - he tried though. So I went to 2 other stores to price. I came back to this store..I honestly don't know why. It seems I am a gluten for punishment. I like to give people 2 and 3 chances. I actually just stood there, in the computer section for about 5 minutes. Sometimes I wonder if I am invisible because though there were employees there.... no help. THE COMPUTER DEPARTMENT IS AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE...FOR GOODNESS SAKE! HOW COULD THEY NOT SEE ME?
