I used to come here all the time with my Amazon returns. If you have a label, you can just drop your package off. If you haven't been in a Staples lately, they have lots of stuff you wouldn't think would be at an office supply store. The whole front area is Google Home and Alexa and stuff like that. At Christmas they have lots of stuff, like socks, stuffed animals, etc. They have KCups, and dry erase boards I wanted. Every time I come here, I find some random thing I want, lol. This plaza is getting pretty empty, but they also have a decent bathroom here. They have dog portraits hanging outside the bathrooms, and you can get one of your dog. Giving BIG love to this Staples - proving again and again why I only do my last minute print jobs through them. My orders are always ready when I need them and the service here is great. This specific location is clean, bright, and conveniently located in Panorama Plaza. I needed 150 post cards for an event this weekend and went through the usual same day order online process. I am giving 5 glorious stars to Joshua who took care of cashing me out and included a coupon without my even asking that brought my price down. I know it's no biggie for them to do, but it totally made my day. Not to mention the fact that my postcards look beautiful and were printed to perfection. Joshua and Jean are the dream team and I am grateful for them going above and beyond for me and ensuring I'll be back again and again. They were printing a beautiful wedding welcome sign with such care when I was there, too. I smiled knowing there would be some super happy bride hanging that in the next few weeks! I have been doing printing with staples for some time now and the one person that I will pretty much only trust with my work is Jill. She has helped me out so much with every project I've had and also turned me on to using a thumb drive to store all my Staples information on so whenever I need something change I just hand her the thumb drive. Gotta love those Staples coupons. I need to visit this Staples more often. It's in a less-traveled area, Panorama Plaza, off old Penfield Road. One of the newer stores in the chain, the staff there is very helpful & attentive. After 4 weeks of a new printer I called the Panorama Plaza /Penfield NY Staples store for help advice on my non-working brother HL-L2360 dw printer. They were casually unconcerned (like they could care less) that I had a problem with my printer. Two bits of advice: 1) Don't buy from this local store, maybe buy from Amazon Prime instead. 2) Definitely I would not purchase a brother HL-L2360 dw printer. Setup was weird although I got it working ok at first. Then after a month, it magically forgot all of the setup that I painfully went through the trouble to enter. I have been coming here recently to get random things. I needed some stuff for my desk at work and was very disappointed to see this location doesn't actually have a lot of desk accessories. I also needed a printer cord but I was disappointed that the only one for my printer was $20.00. I wound up going online and ordering things for my desk and printer and having it sent to the store. The process was very simple and I am very happy with my items. I also have some invitations printed here. I liked that they can with envelopes which was helpful. My only problem with this is that they print the envelopes in increments of 25 and I needed 30. I wound up going elsewhere to get the last 5 printed. Overall, this store is okay. It could use a larger selection but since the ship to store process is so easy and the staff are helpful, I will still come back if I need anything. read more

Now that I have to buy my own office supplies, Staples in my haven. Truly, I found everything I needed to stock pile my home office. Considering how much was in my cart, you'd think I was throwing down some big bucks. But, no! Under $100 for everything under the sun - pens, markers, post-its, printer paper, clipboards, every kind of tape you could purchase... I'm good to go. The staff around every corner was ready to help if I couldn't find what I needed. Although, I meandered quite easily through every aisle grabbing the items on my list. Makes complete sense. I just got back from Staples and I have to say that it was one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. I went in looking for some pens and saw that Staples now carries cell phones. I have Verizon and was due for a upgrade, so i decided to check it out. I was told by a different Staples location an incorrect promotion and they honored it at this location, I found the people there to be very friendly and helpful. I will be keeping this Staples in mind for all my office needs. read more

I work for one of the area colleges, and I chose the Penfield location based on distance from the college. I submitted my request per the email indicated. A day later I went to the location along with a sample booklet, and to pay for the order. A good thing I did this, as the young man who was attending the counter took for ever to finish his transaction with the customer before me. Ten minutes later I handed him the reply email sent to my thanking me for my printing request, and off he went to look on his computer for the order. Alas, 5 minutes later, and assistance from the other staff members behind the counter (who by the way did not attend to any other customer beforehand, and at this point there are 3 other customers behind me) they too could not find the order on the computer or in their bins if per chance it was already printed and done. To which one of the other staff members just stated "you'll have to submit it again". Well thanks, but no thanks, I thought to myself, as they did not even say, "were sorry about that". I stated that I would take my order to another staple, and left. And as I was leaving, they were laughing. I don't know how this particular location received a 4 1/2 star rating. read more
