She yelled at a lady when she was just simply was looking at stamps telling here to get away from here area when she's with another customer( she was well over 6 feet away). And she was very rude about it and the lady looked very upset and embarrassed. Then the other day she shut here lane with more that 10 minutes left and told me she's closed! She shut down way to early because every time i go to Penfield's other post office they never do that. Hopefully someone can address this issue because its a very unpleasant experience dealing with her and I always need to ship things with my job.

I remember filling out that slip but I can't remember what I did with it after filling it out (Probably because I took care of it at 4:30 in the morning when I woke up to go to the gym). I wasn't sure which post office the slip would have gone to if I indeed remembered to send it back and I wasn't sure which post office had my package. I called the Winton Rd. post office since I live closest to them but no one answered my calls and I let the phone ring for so long I was hung up on... 3 times. I then called the USPS hotline and using an automatic system I found out that this post office had my package. I called and someone answered right away which was fantastic. I spoke to David who found my package and said he could have it redelivered the next day. I decided I would come pick it up and David said it would be ready for me. I went to the post office which is easy to find but it is pushed back a little from the road. It is across the street from panorama plaza. I was happy on the inside because I am used to seeing the cramped post office eon Winton Rd. This was very spacious so you have room to breath and form a line. The person at the counter was very helpful and quickly found my package that was set aside fro me since I was coming to pick it up and I was out of there. Everyone at this location was so friendly and helpful and I am grateful for them. I will drive out of my way to come here and skip over Winton Rd. 1 week later, I still have no idea what I did with that slip... I am not sure I will ever remember.

Reporting the prob to them every week has done nothing to get this fixed. They tell me it's the customers who jam them up every time. Yet this does not happen at any other branch within 10 miles. Ive had repetitive probs with "Clerk 09" & now the new manager at this branch which compels me to update my review ... the one star belongs entirely to the counter clerk I had yesterday - luv her, she knew what she's doing, answered all my questions with helpful detailed explanations and should be promoted. But any time I get Clerk 09 it is a frustrating ordeal, and today just wasted 20 minutes of my life arguing (again) about the corporate account terms that my national e-commerce company negotiated with them almost a year ago so they would take my package :( This also does not happen at any other branch within 10 miles. Then, I tried to fill out the USPS customer experience survey at the bottom of my receipt, and I cant even get the stupid survey link to work! It keeps giving me this "Server Error in '/' Application" message! So I emailed postalexperience@maritzcx.com for technical problems related to completing surveys. Why do I bother? Because I am at their mercy in order to get paid for my work, and I strive to work smarter not harder. (If my customer service ever made things this difficult for my clients to do business with - Id be out of business a long time ago.) It's no wonder Amazon started their own delivery service. So you have to go around the block when you leave and if you don't plan ahead you can end up trying to make a left onto Winton where you can't see very well and that might be a nightmare. However - the post office itself is great. The lines can be extreme around lunch time and when work lets out, but the staff is great and the line moves extremely fast and efficiently. They are also always very helpful and very pleasant which isn't always the case at a post office.

It was almost Closing time, and a Friday, wanted to get this package mailed so I asked if they could just tape it shut for me. I was told I needed to buy a roll of tape, they couldn't do it. I started to inquire why, and the man working at the counter next to ours, immediately jumps down my throat for asking them to tape my box up and ask f if they could do me a favor and just throw a piece of tape on there for me. Calling me entitled, throwing F bones at me, telling me to go to UPS then if they do that for me but they will not, it was nothing I had ever seen or understood his reaction. It was beyond u professional and when I called him out about his behavior or they way he was talking to me, he as proud of it. The customer at his counter was in shock- as well. He made sighs and his facial expression was like he was blown away with this man's behavior and words to me, and I was not even in this man's line or at his counter, I was talking with another clerk. The other customer was just as uncomfortable as I was and I met up with him in the parking lot after this scene took place and we both were in shock how this clerk went off on me. Even when I told the man I was going to report him- he proudly gave me his name- Adam- said he as the highest position there before manager and he has great reviews and I should check them out. No shame in his unprofessionalism and rudeness to customer making a simple request and who was about to pay for their package to be mailed with USPS.

I'm sorry, I'm a paying customer and a tax payer. Do not speak to me like I'm your child. Anyway, it's a post office, but not one we will go back to. I know it's no biggie for them to do, but it totally made my day. Not to mention the fact that my postcards look beautiful and were printed to perfection.
