You can tell the people behind the counter have done many returns before because they know exactly what they're doing. All I have to do is hand them the envelope and the return label and they're done within minutes . When I told her I didn't think I was given one. She was a total smart ass. "Well, I need some kind of label" of course you do sweetie! I know how returns work. I didn't want to hold up the line so I took a step back and started to pull up the return to see if there was a shipping label. The woman I let go in front of me didn't have a shipping label, and the girl behind the counter.(same girl) very politely and sweetly informed the woman how she can email the label to her, she can print it out, and presto she is done. My BF and so looked at each other, like whaaat! Why would she be so polite to this woman and so rude to us? So I asked the woman, can I please get a copy of that email address? She kinda tossed it to us. Now my BF and I decided to take the Blake and Ryan approach, and just simply discuss this woman's indiscretions, as if she wasn't there. We were not loud, or rude, very matter of fact. She knew of course we were talking about her. She was uncomfortable, as was everyone else. Which suited me fine. Since they all made us uncomfortable. Shame, because UPS is really losing a lot of money right now. You would think there would be more care by their in shop employees. I know their Drivers are awesome. Fortunately I was able to find what I immediately needed and or good enough alternatives. They had a few acrylic stands and holders I needed asap, no time to order online. Aisles were cleaned and organized, staff was limited too. They are hiring if you want a part time gig. They do have a copy and marketing service section. They were also able to accommodate my poster print project with a super great timely turnaround. Open 8am-9pm

So I moved over and after waiting for several minutes a young lady came up and explained I needed 250 cards made. So long story short...she spins the computer around and says "you can look through these 56 pages of cards and pick one then press the button and you cann customize it!" Did I mention I had to work in about 30 and I just assumed that it would take the same amount of time ordering just like we've ordered for the other shop for the last, at least 18yrs. I was highly mistaken. I went back two days later thinking maybe different employees, not as busy, etc. Another women IS working and she sets the computer up, even showed me how to search for certain styles and walks away. Okay, this is gonna work this time,.....NOPE! I asked the other guy working there and after asking if he could help me, be stated "Id have to charge you to help!" At this point I was ready to pay but alas he walked away as well. I stood there for 20 minutes trying to figure it out and asked again for some help. No acknowledgement! So just wanted to let you know that because of this we will no longer do business with you through any of our businesses.
