I don't know why I never wrote a review on this location. So this will be remedied now. This looks like a very small location as it's in a strip mall with other things but fear not it's a fairly big place. Considering Covid and other locations (North Winton Village on Winton although my go to is very small and can only take three people inside of the post office at a time.) This is location is basically a walk in, meaning you can mail your mail, I think they have P.O. Boxes and accessories to sent out your stuff along with if need be you can buy various gift cards. Now I am not sure how many people you can have in this location but it goes pretty fast. But don't be surprised if you have to wait in a line for 10 minutes if they only have one person working. Yea only one person other days they have more. I had to go I on a Friday Morning and yes only one person and even when I walked up there was a line to the door. So kids get your holiday stuff out (boxes and returns) out ASAP cause as time goes on it's gonna be crazy. It's a nice location, the inside is clean tidy. Shared parking lot if you want to deal with less people this is a nice location. Cheers

I love how well the USPS system works in this PO's territory :)

But could tell she was at least trying her best. Also was able to observe two customers arguing, ready to get into a fist fight, so at least I had a little entertainment to help ease me the extra-long wait! But i have to admit that the long wait was becoming unacceptable. So, I needed to text my supervisor explaining the situation, and why it was taking me so long. Even snapped a picture so my boss could see the fiasco happening before my very eyes! Until finally, a very professional woman in her 30s came to help me. I appreciated how very observant she was and noticed the way i was looking, needing to be helped. Besides her attractiveness, what impressed me the most was her professionalism, knowing exactly how to send my important court documents with a raised seal to my fiancé in the Philippines. I immediately could see she was a very competent postal employee who understood her job. I was very saddened by the experience I had at the Howard Road, Rochester, NY, Post Office last Saturday, February 14th, as the gentleman Postal Clerk adamantly refused to send my certified mail to the Philippines, making it seem like all the US Post offices do not send certified mail to the Philippines! Told me to check in very annoyed way to check out UPS, so went to them and wanted $250 to send. So funny!! So, I went to Upper Falls Post Office, and it cost me $49.75. After so much pain, struggle and frustration trying to mail a certified letter with tracking (gets delivered in 10 days besides), i didnt mind spending an extra $30 just for the peace of mind. I like knowing my important documents won't take 5 weeks to get to the Philippines and possibly get lost in the mail in some foreign post office..

Other carriers like Fed Ex and UPS will typically close the box up and tape it for you. was told by the clerk at the counter that I needed to tape my box shut. It was almost Closing time, and a Friday, wanted to get this package mailed so I asked if they could just tape it shut for me. I was told I needed to buy a roll of tape, they couldn't do it. I started to inquire why, and the man working at the counter next to ours, immediately jumps down my throat for asking them to tape my box up and ask f if they could do me a favor and just throw a piece of tape on there for me. Calling me entitled, throwing F bones at me, telling me to go to UPS then if they do that for me but they will not, it was nothing I had ever seen or understood his reaction. It was beyond u professional and when I called him out about his behavior or they way he was talking to me, he as proud of it. The customer at his counter was in shock- as well. He made sighs and his facial expression was like he was blown away with this man's behavior and words to me, and I was not even in this man's line or at his counter, I was talking with another clerk. The other customer was just as uncomfortable as I was and I met up with him in the parking lot after this scene took place and we both were in shock how this clerk went off on me. Even when I told the man I was going to report him- he proudly gave me his name- Adam- said he as the highest position there before manager and he has great reviews and I should check them out. No shame in his unprofessionalism and rudeness to customer making a simple request and who was about to pay for their package to be mailed with USPS.

During these COVID times, this is not the best. I essentially waited in the vestibule until there was no one else in the tiny waiting room. I imagine this location must get nutty during peak times, so I would try and drop by during the weekdays if at all possible, so as to not feel cramped. When it was time to send my package, the staff was unbelievably kind, efficient, and helpful. While I only had a two minute interaction (weigh, swipe, thank you, see ya!), it left an impression. Workers of these offices are not getting the props they deserve for being an essential business during this time and having to deal with people in and out at a consistent clip. This is a great and convenient location to send packages for holiday times, just make a plan to wear your mask and have everything ready to go prior to arriving, to save time and limit your exposure/exposure to the staff. Happy holiday gifting!

I think the location is the reason why it gets so much business. That being said, I am surprised anyone thought it was a good idea to open such a small office. It is tiny. There is room for a line of about 5 and then the line is out the door. Also, I have never seen more than 1 person working at a time so it can take a long time to get through that line. The area that every post office has to fill out paperwork or put stamps on your envelopes is also small which would be fine however the line for service is against it so if there is a line, you can't really use that work space Overall, I will continue to come to this location because it is so convenient to work. The facility is clean and the staff is nice but expect to wait in line in cramped spaces. If you want to meet a new friend, the line here may be a good place to donor since you are so close.

But...sometimes this is the place where some retailers want you to use as your spot to return merchandise. Like UPS Store for Amazon and the like. Now I had to come here to do a return as the company uses "Happy Returns" This is a long and narrow store, they have a few self serve kiosks for printing/copying and the like. A few people were in here to ship things and ask questions. So since I really was not sure where to stand, I stood behind a customer and someone asked "can I help you?" I told her I needed to do a return and I showed her the QR Code and it did not work, tried it again no go, even typed it in and she even logged out of the system. Finally she asks someone is there an issue with Happy Returns and they said yes. So guess what I have to come back, with the package and my QRcode from my email on my phone. My only other option for a return was Staples and dear reader I live in the city. If I'm going out that way I had best have other things to do in Henrietta. I'll have to come back to do the return and it's in a convenient spot in the strip mall of 12 Corners and if I want a piece of pizza at Joe Brooklyn or Starbucks or a Bagelland bagel Staff is helpful enough but they just seem kind of annoyed it is what it is. I'll be back but I'm gonna call first to make sure the system works for the return. They have a shared parking lot
