I know the lines will be much shorted than any of the other post offices I frequent. In the last year there was a staff change and the woman I dreaded dealing with is gone. She was replaced by a very sweet and bubbly younger woman. I finally mustered up the courage to ask about the other lady whom was always rude to patrons (Think- "NO SOUP FOR YOU!" type of personality). I was informed.... she was "Promoted"... ha! Well anyway... its certainly improved this place! Lastly, and the most important part..... they always have all the new stamps, but they go fast....since they are a smaller location, they don't receive as much stock. Get there fast!

Big plus there is hardly ever a line here, and they always have a wide variety of stamps! I love the location (near my home and work) I can avoid the large busy post offices. During these COVID times, this is not the best. I essentially waited in the vestibule until there was no one else in the tiny waiting room. I imagine this location must get nutty during peak times, so I would try and drop by during the weekdays if at all possible, so as to not feel cramped. When it was time to send my package, the staff was unbelievably kind, efficient, and helpful. While I only had a two minute interaction (weigh, swipe, thank you, see ya!), it left an impression. Workers of these offices are not getting the props they deserve for being an essential business during this time and having to deal with people in and out at a consistent clip. This is a great and convenient location to send packages for holiday times, just make a plan to wear your mask and have everything ready to go prior to arriving, to save time and limit your exposure/exposure to the staff. I think the location is the reason why it gets so much business. That being said, I am surprised anyone thought it was a good idea to open such a small office. It is tiny. There is room for a line of about 5 and then the line is out the door. Also, I have never seen more than 1 person working at a time so it can take a long time to get through that line. The area that every post office has to fill out paperwork or put stamps on your envelopes is also small which would be fine however the line for service is against it so if there is a line, you can't really use that work space Overall, I will continue to come to this location because it is so convenient to work. The facility is clean and the staff is nice but expect to wait in line in cramped spaces. If you want to meet a new friend, the line here may be a good place to donor since you are so close.

It's run by a gem of a lady named Linda, who not only shares that name with my mother-in-law, but she is also so friendly, so helpful, and just so, so nice. This is the post office my wife grew up with, and she didn't understand why everyone hates the post office until she moved to Brooklyn. Having been to this post office recently, now I get where she was coming from. Today I received an order from Amazon. 2 of the 3 pieces were as ordered, but the third was way off…read morebase. And I wanted to return it ASAP. So I looked up my order, printed a label and searched for a shipping terminal. UPS came up right away and wasn't far from my house. So I packed the product, and went there. The hours are now 3 to 6, and I was early. At 3 a young man came out, opened up and 5 of us went in. The young man took my package, sealed it, taped the label, asked if I wanted a receipt, I did, he printed it, I was done. In and out in 5 minutes. Now that's quality service. :)

I was under the imoression that I would be home in time to receive this package, but they attempted delivery at 2:30pm. I had been tracking the package all day and was never given a indication that it would be delivered any earlier than 9 pm. I was told via customer service that they would to same day but the store said I wouldn't be able to do anything but hope they deliver it after 3 the next day or go pick it up after work. They are the only delivery service that insists on leaving packages in my front step - barely - two I found on the front sidewalk. I have had 5 packages stolen off my front step since September and every one was a FedEx package. Guess how many packages I've had stolen from my back deck in 27 years of living here? That's right zero. I have filed claims and apparently even though they are a shipping company no package is their responsibility. Their incompetence is infuriating.
