    For the last 10 months, Ive had repetitive probs with the lobby mail slots after hours: They are…read morealways jammed leaving the taxpayers to load up packages back into car and driving to another branch. Reporting the prob to them every week has done nothing to get this fixed. They tell me it's the customers who jam them up every time. Yet this does not happen at any other branch within 10 miles. Ive had repetitive probs with "Clerk 09" & now the new manager at this branch which compels me to update my review ... the one star belongs entirely to the counter clerk I had yesterday - luv her, she knew what she's doing, answered all my questions with helpful detailed explanations and should be promoted. But any time I get Clerk 09 it is a frustrating ordeal, and today just wasted 20 minutes of my life arguing (again) about the corporate account terms that my national e-commerce company negotiated with them almost a year ago so they would take my package :( This also does not happen at any other branch within 10 miles. Then, I tried to fill out the USPS customer experience survey at the bottom of my receipt, and I cant even get the stupid survey link to work! It keeps giving me this "Server Error in '/' Application" message! So I emailed postalexperience@maritzcx.com for technical problems related to completing surveys. Why do I bother? Because I am at their mercy in order to get paid for my work, and I strive to work smarter not harder. (If my customer service ever made things this difficult for my clients to do business with - Id be out of business a long time ago.) It's no wonder Amazon started their own delivery service. Serenity now!

One year I attached a notice to the outside of my neighbor's mailbox about an upcoming garage sale on our street, and she torn them all off the mailboxes while she was delivering the mail and told me that that was illegal. I asked her where my flyers are now, and she said " I let them blow in the wind" WOW!

I should've known that they don't want to handle such things in person. After a manager was called to come out and "speak with me" ( felt more like to talk at me), he immediately started spinning the box around and said the box wasn't marked fragile and the item could've been packed broken and then sent to me and that neither of us would have any idea whether that was the case or not. I remained calm and told him you realize I'm the receiver, not the sender (it felt like he was blaming me). It was not an expensive item, but it was a hard to replace item that was sent priority so it was insured up to $50. I told him that was all I was looking for and that was when he told me I would have to do it online.it was clear that he was not interested in doing anything to help with the situation. It wasn't so much What he said, but in the manner that he said it and how I felt treated as the customer.
