So I call and get a female dispatch (Arriane / Kristina something) and state how I'm confused that if the drivers call when they're on the way how are they not able to tell how far out they are? She snaps at me "DON'T TELL US HOW TO DO OUR JOB". Incredibly rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. The drivers then arrive, without a phone call. So apparently someone DOES need to tell them how to do their job. Btw- no "white glove" service as stated by Satvaa. No paper boots, didn't even bother wiping their feet on the multiple door mats.
