We started off thinking we didn't care too much about the invitations--because we thought (incorrectly), who remembers an invitation? But once we started looking, we decided that we didn't want something out-of-the-box and boring. Amy created a gorgeous invitation suite and customized it further with a little art we requested. And she did these gorgeous letterpress invitations better price than the boring, digitally printed generic stuff we saw at invitation stores. When we received our invitations, I didn't want to take them out of the gorgeous boxes she packed them in--her packaging alone was Pinterest worthy! I would hire her just to wrap holiday gifts if I could, it was that lovely. But alas, we opened the boxes, assembled the invitation suites and mailed everything out. And the rave reviews are POURING in. I never expected it, but we are getting emails and phone calls from loads of friends and family telling us how our invitations are the best they've ever seen. Amy is a pleasure to work with. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Convenient for her, as all other employees in the store were wearing one. I told her I needed to process a return. She said she needed the shipping label. Which I didn't have. When I told her I didn't think I was given one. She was a total smart ass. "Well, I need some kind of label" of course you do sweetie! I know how returns work. I didn't want to hold up the line so I took a step back and started to pull up the return to see if there was a shipping label. The woman I let go in front of me didn't have a shipping label, and the girl behind the counter.(same girl) very politely and sweetly informed the woman how she can email the label to her, she can print it out, and presto she is done. My BF and so looked at each other, like whaaat! Why would she be so polite to this woman and so rude to us? So I asked the woman, can I please get a copy of that email address? She kinda tossed it to us. Now my BF and I decided to take the Blake and Ryan approach, and just simply discuss this woman's indiscretions, as if she wasn't there. We were not loud, or rude, very matter of fact. She knew of course we were talking about her. She was uncomfortable, as was everyone else. Which suited me fine. Since they all made us uncomfortable. Shame, because UPS is really losing a lot of money right now. You would think there would be more care by their in shop employees. I know their Drivers are awesome. Maybe their drivers should be training the entitled child working at this store. Thank you UPS store girl without the name tag. I also called your boss

But...sometimes this is the place where some retailers want you to use as your spot to return merchandise. Like UPS Store for Amazon and the like. Now I had to come here to do a return as the company uses "Happy Returns" This is a long and narrow store, they have a few self serve kiosks for printing/copying and the like. A few people were in here to ship things and ask questions. So since I really was not sure where to stand, I stood behind a customer and someone asked "can I help you?" I told her I needed to do a return and I showed her the QR Code and it did not work, tried it again no go, even typed it in and she even logged out of the system. Finally she asks someone is there an issue with Happy Returns and they said yes. So guess what I have to come back, with the package and my QRcode from my email on my phone. My only other option for a return was Staples and dear reader I live in the city. If I'm going out that way I had best have other things to do in Henrietta. I'll have to come back to do the return and it's in a convenient spot in the strip mall of 12 Corners and if I want a piece of pizza at Joe Brooklyn or Starbucks or a Bagelland bagel Staff is helpful enough but they just seem kind of annoyed it is what it is. I'll be back but I'm gonna call first to make sure the system works for the return. They have a shared parking lot
