Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm M-F so you're better off getting your order in early and they can usually turn it around in less than 24hrs. I've often emailed a doc in the evening after they're closed, get a reply back from Dave around 7:30am, and have my prints that afternoon. - Call to get an estimate or email (easternp@rochester.rr.com) They do everything -- posters, banners, flyers, trimming, etc. and the quality is flawless! An example, I had an order of 200 postcards (trimmed too) I needed printed plus 30 12x18 posters -- total ~$65 frim Eastern Printing. Last year when I printed only 200 postcards elsewhere (FedEx, ahem...) it was over $100! It was a hassle too. I will 100% be supporting Dave and his team. But...sometimes this is the place where some retailers want you to use as your spot to return merchandise. Like UPS Store for Amazon and the like. Now I had to come here to do a return as the company uses "Happy Returns" This is a long and narrow store, they have a few self serve kiosks for printing/copying and the like. A few people were in here to ship things and ask questions. So since I really was not sure where to stand, I stood behind a customer and someone asked "can I help you?" I told her I needed to do a return and I showed her the QR Code and it did not work, tried it again no go, even typed it in and she even logged out of the system. Finally she asks someone is there an issue with Happy Returns and they said yes. So guess what I have to come back, with the package and my QRcode from my email on my phone. My only other option for a return was Staples and dear reader I live in the city. If I'm going out that way I had best have other things to do in Henrietta. I'll have to come back to do the return and it's in a convenient spot in the strip mall of 12 Corners and if I want a piece of pizza at Joe Brooklyn or Starbucks or a Bagelland bagel Staff is helpful enough but they just seem kind of annoyed it is what it is. I went in on a Monday and the gentleman behind the counter was very professional . I could tell he was listening as he asked questions to ensure he was getting everything I said correct. I asked could it be done for Friday and he told me he couldn't promise but that he would try. I left there feeling confident in the work that was to be completed. I was sent the layout of the banner to get my final okay . They had made a spelling error but quickly noticed it and when Friday came I received a call from the company that my banner was finished. I was overjoyed at both the timing as well as the professionalism of my banner it was just what I wanted. I highly recommend Gupp for your sign and banner needs.

They started out ok but then items were printed poorly and incorrectly. It took 2 weeks for 'Steve' to resolve the problem so we found another source. After 2 years we gave them another try hoping the issues had been resolved. Not only did they screw up this order but when asked to fix it 'Kate" used traveling as an excuse to not reply all day so we called and asked if someone else could fix the problem - they said they would return the call but never did. Instead Kate sheepishly e-mailed asking if we could send samples of how to print the job correctly and then changed her tune stating they would not finish the job, only credit us AFTER we sent the job back to them. The last time was when we were putting a binder together for a conference we were hosting. The printing was awesome but I realized I forgot a couple critical pages. I sent them over to rapid print in the morning expecting I might have to wait until the next day and they had them done for me at noon! I swung by and picked them up and didn't have to stress. As a small business owner there are plenty of other things to stress about. At least I don't have to about whether or not I can rely on my printer.
