The UPS Store and Rochester College Storage are wonderful, I wish I could give them six stars! When Covid-19 hit in March of 2020, I was forced to move out of my apartment in two days. Living thirteen hours away from school, I was very fortunate for Rochester College Storage and their help while moving out of RIT. They came into my apartment and we loaded the boxes into the truck, and were very clear with the expectations, costs, and how to schedule my drop off in the fall. The website is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate as well. They were even able to coordinate with RIT Housing and retrieve a forgotten item while I was home and have it ready to be dropped off for next semester. When I returned to school this fall, they helped me to bring my boxes directly into my room (within Covid-19 guidelines) and are always just a call or email away over the summer. I could not recommend Mr. Gensiejewski and his team enough. As stressful as coming back to school during a pandemic was, I knew I could rely on them for a stress free and effortless experience. I had been to Empire Blvd location but they were closed. Then I headed to the Pittsford location and couldn't find it. Finally I googled the nearest open location, and it was in Victor! Although I arrived minutes before closing, Moriah & Jake greeted me with a friendly hello and smile. I had 5 packages that needed to be sent out, and they couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. They saved my day! In the future I will take that extra drive ONLY because of the wonderful service I recieved from Mariah and Jake! They proved to me that there are still kind people in the world willing to to go that extra step to help someone! Kudos to you Mariah and Jake for a helping me, and a job well done. I needed to return something purchased through Amazon. The whole process was simple and efficient. Because it was an Amazon return, I only needed to bring the item (unpackaged) to UPS with the QR code. The store was pretty busy when I arrived and it's not a large space, however the line was clearly marked with six-foot stickers and moved quickly. There were several staff working efficiently and professionally. The staff member that facilitated my return explained the return process, highlighted the tracking, and said I'd see the return on my credit card as soon as it was processed. I was expecting to receive notification of the return in a few days but ended up getting a notification later that same day. Great job! read more

I only began using UPS in the fall of 2019. I want to write that my service has always been top notch. Store in Henrietta. My packages have always arrived at least 1-2 days earlier than quoted. I appreciate their frequent updates on the status of the order. I worked with Ashton most recently and was very impressed with professionalism, customer service and efficiency. And once again, my package arrived at destination two days early. I will certainly continue to do business with them. If the quote is more than I planned to pay, I ask for other ideas. When I was hearing all the stories during the holidays of packages lost or late - I decided to continue with UPS as my experience has been so positive. read more

I wanted to mail a package and after speaking with Abigail and her informing me that if I could downsize the box I would save 15.00 I was sold. She told me about their packing service and the guarantees that come with that service. I had her pack the box and get it ready for shipping as it was well worth the extra fee. She did not rush me, was incredibly patient and very thorough sharing all the information for me to make an informed decision about mailing my package. I am definitely coming back to mail out another package and I so hope I have the great fortune of having Abigail wait on me again. I was extremely impressed with the help I received from Abigail at store #5641. I went into the store with anxieties over potential breakage in shipment of 2 beautiful stained glass art pieces that would be traveling from NY to CA. She totally won me over in the first 5 minutes of speaking with her. What a dynamic personality. Abigail was very thorough in her detailed explanation on special packaging. I needed First Day of third grade and fifth grade signs printed out to use the next morning. I called them and asked for help. Abigail said to upload them online and she would make sure they were all set before her shift was over. I was so happy until I ran into a problem uploading them. I decided to go in and explain the issue to see if they could resolve it. Abigail had me send them to her and was able to print them out right away. She definitely saved my butbwith my last minute signs. They turned out great for our pictures! Thank you again Abigail! I have never written a review before...but I had such a great experience at the UPS store in Henrietta that I felt the need to do so. I had a personalized print order from UPS. A girl name Abigail, who is a design consultant for UPS, helped me create exactly what I wanted. She called me 3 different times to ask me questions & give me creative options for my order. I highly recommend her for any of your personalized printing needs. Especially with graduation time right around the corner. Can't say enough great things about her. BEST prices too! Jeff has been awesome. Our son is a third year student at RIT and Jeff has saved us a few times. We live in the Pacific Northwest. First year our son came home for the holidays and remained remote to finish the year, Jeff went in, packed up his dorm room, sent stuff my son wanted here and stored the rest. He delivered back to his apartment and then again, after the holidays, my son completed his year remotely. Jeff again took care of packing up his share of the apartment, stored and then delivered this year to my son's Finger Lakes area apartment for his year long co-op. Well worth the cost! read more

Had a great experience today at the UPS store at Hylan Drive for packing and shipment of 2 laptops. The service was quick and efficient (thank you Ashton!). I appreciated the explanation of the different shipping options and was able to select a timely option that was cost effective for our company. Tracking information was helpful to have in a hard copy for me and in email form to be able to forward to the recipients. I had 12 very large boxes that I needed to ship, and I cannot compliment this UPS Store location enough for the great customer service that I received. The individual that waited on me, Abigail, was patient, organized, super-efficient, professional and friendly! Since it was a big order to process, I was able to stand back for a bit and observe how well each of the other employees were providing equally outstanding customer service to their customers. Better service than I'd imagined possible!! I experienced no waiting at all. Abigail greeted me when I walked (nice touch). Although I was clueless regarding how the return (to Amazon) flowed, she asked 2 brief questions, helped me on my phone to figure out what was going on - all without being exasperated or condescending. I have used this store 3 times for returns to Amazon. They, along with Amazon make it so easy. You just give them your code and they do everything else! You don't need to pack most items, they do it. You get a receipt and you are done! There are even 2 assigned parking spots for the store. There is always plenty of help, so if you do have to wait, it is not for long. Plus they are very friendly!
