DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO PACK FRAGILE ITEMS I paid the store…read moreto pack my computer monitor into a secure box for shipping. I asked to watch them pack it up, but was told that items would be packed up later in the day and assured me that it will be packed properly and safely. The manufacturer received my monitor damaged. Pictures showed the monitor was packed in a very large box. The box was not long enough for the monitor to lie flat, instead it was laid diagonally in the box. For protection, there is a single layer of bubble wrap, some crumpled paper and a small pack of packing foam. It was clearly not enough to secure the monitor nor prevent it from shipping bumps and drops. The store will not refund me the money. I have to file a claim with FedEx. The FedEx claims department denied my claim, only the shipper can file a claim, who is the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not file claims. So I am lost the $34 for the FedEx Office to pack my monitor and the damage to the monitor. Lcukily the manufacturer was understanding and replaced my monitor. Now I am trying to get my money back for the poor packaging. Unfortunately, the store will not do that, the FedEx claims department will not open my case and reiterates that even to get a refund for the packaging, the manufacturer needs to file a claim! This is a strict FedEx policy. I'm in circles and now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Again DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO PACK FRAGILE ITEMS!!! They will do a crap ass job. If you have a vase or some other fragile item and pay the FedEx office in Morris Plains NJ to pack it securely, expect it to arrive broken. Do not trust them, unless you watch them pack it. Buy the materials and pack it yourself. Save yourself the misery.

A brand new UPS Store opened in Lincoln Park on 12/22, and I was genuinely glad to see it!…read more Like most of us, I need UPS for my Amazon returns, and until now, Lake Hiawatha or Wayne were the only nearby options. Having one right here is a big convenience. The store is located next to Dunkin' Donuts, between Dunkin' and the urgent care center. It's a new building, and this is the very first store at this location. I visited with three boxes. My Amazon returns were accepted without any issues. However, returns for another seller weren't integrated yet. The owner explained they're still setting things up and should be fully ready within a week. The store is spacious with ample parking, so access won't be a problem. They also offer secure package acceptance, which is definitely a plus. I am not sure about other services like passport photos yet, but since they're newly opened, I'm sure they'll be adding more services soon. Good luck to the team--welcome to Lincoln Park!

I needed to print a job for one of my assignments at the school, so I e mailed my project to Instant printing. Having previously exchanged e mails with whoever I'm assuming was in charge, I called him to ask if he received my file, which he responded he did. I Called next day to ask if it was ready, to which he responded again positive. When I get to the place, the guy didn't have the project ready, and he even alleged he never got the e mail. I went back to get the file and I personally gave it to him. Next day I go once again and when it was finally ready, the job was all out screwed up (btw the files were labeled and in order). The manager was rude and didn't pay attention the whole time, like he didn't care for costumer service or the job itself. I would recommend you never to use their services, even if its the only printing business that is close to the school.

The first time it wasn't in the system, and the second time they told me that the bigger pieces had to dry, which I understood so I came in later that day. But, when I got home and really looked at my pieces, I saw that some parts of the art work was cut off, and I'm not talking about corners here. I'm talking about words and important elements of the piece where cut of. Also, some of the font was slightly pixelated if I looked at it closely. And finally, some of my art pieces came back looking either very saturated, slightly muggy looking, or kind of blurry. I wouldn't recommend going here, they charge a pretty high price for doing a terrible job. On another note, when I called them to complain and have my art redone, the person who I talked on the phone with told me that the one who originally printed my stuff should be the one I should talk to. I didn't bother calling back, used the pieces that where good in my portfolio, and took my business elsewhere.
