There was miscommunication and he gave it to me before I left for NJ again. I believed it was fixed but it wasn't, he was waiting for a part. I wasn't happy about this. I am in now flying back to Tx without a working computer. Not to worry, he told me to mail it back to him. He would fix AND he did not charge me for shipping. It gets BETTER ... Not only did he stand by his word but my computer arrives with a hand written note and a local newspaper article about my son and the role he booked in this big film in NYC! I hadn't seen the article because I didn't live there (I just saw it online) and there it was! He took time out of his day to realize that this was my son and there's no way I could have gotten the local newspaper.
