I had a project that I needed printed and spiral bound. For 26 pages it was only $18 and I selected the premium paper. I thought this was quite reasonable. I also had the option to ship to my house (an extra $10) or rush printed at the store (an extra $5). I like that if really needed it the same day they could have accommodated me. I was able to organize everything online and order it to be printed and picked up at the landing Staples location. I ordered it non-rush, to be picked up the next day at 3:30 PM. Around 11 AM I got an email saying my order was already ready! I am very satisfied with the copy and print services. I was especially pleased that I could do everything online before I got to the store, and that it was ready early. The landing location also has lots of parking and it conveniently located. I would definitely use their services again! read more

This store is hit or miss. Sometime they have great service, sometime they don't know what they are doing. I tried to have some business cards printed here twice, both times same day orders were delayed because the machine was down. I ordered and paid for them online, and they couldn't even figure out how to give me a credit that they offered due to the delays. Not a huge deal, but the copy center at the Burien staples is leaps and bounds better than the one here in the Landing. Good luck! read more

Wow greeted twice within 5 minutes of walking in! Impressive and this place has a wide selection of office goods for your business! Normally I like this store but standing in line for 10 mins is not cool. Normally they are quite helpful but doesn't work when you have no one to check and move folks through a line. read more

This is my "office away from my home office", and I am extremely grateful for the hard work and excellent customer service provided by Eric and the other staff in the Copy and Print center. I can't count the number of times they have helped me with last minute print-outs from my flash drive, scans, and copy jobs. I often have a confusing mess on my hands that needs to be assembled into a professional-looking package, and they deliver every time. They are patient, extremely polite, and are dedicated to making sure everything is just right. Staples is lucky to have Eric as an employee, and I am lucky to have this particular Staples office center in my neighborhood. Thanks, guys! read more

The people here irritated me. For one, a customer chewed out an employee then the manager over a print job, saying he had tens of thousands of dollars in business to do here. And the two customers ahead of me in line took an obscene amount of time - it must have been five minutes I was waiting there in line, listening to the other one throw a tantrum. If there's one thing I don't tolerate at a retail store, it's shiftless employees. I had been waiting in line for several minutes and saw an employee walk across the store, look me in the eye, and stand around at the "online pickup" desk. He was literally being paid to do nothing. Another employee kept himself busy assembling a chair, again while I was waiting. Where are their customer service and planning skills, and what happened to common sense? read more

This place has a disaster of an area for the furniture. I went there and tried to figure out prices for a half an hour before I realized no one was going to come see if I needed assistance. It took me ten minutes to get a price on one chair and left thinking it would take me ten minutes for each of the handful of chairs that also did not have prices on them. When to get some prints done today, and Katherine (I think that was her name) was super friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, I asked about what their most cheap printer was, the lady looked in her store AD and found the lowest priced one in there and it was $160...I saw one on the shelf for $90....so it was kind of weird that she didn't check online for me or in their store computer to see what they had in stock. But oh well....their prices are HIGH, but they have lots of things you may need for office supplies. read more

Incredibly good service from all the employees there. One in particular went above and beyond his name was Brendan i believe and he told me about staples great insurance policy and even went as running out to the parking lot to return an item i had purchased and forgoten at the counter. This is for their copy and print center (Not their tech place). I came in to day with a print job. Eric helped me out. He had a lot going on and worked me in without asking. He did a great job printing and cutting out some custom cards for me and each time I've come here for printing, he's done an amazing job. I highly recommend Eric in the Print Center. Large store but the selections are limited. They have lots of coffee K-Cups and coffee supplies (probably what they have the widest selection on). I went for folders, only half of a half of an aisle selection and only a box or two of each. read more

They charge extra to get the print job done the same day. I had a couple legal size double sided prints and they acted like it was this huge job. I sat there for 20 min and then finally said I was going to come back in thirty minutes. They told me if I wanted it done in an hour it was thirty something dollars and if I picked it up two days later it was twenty, but in the same breath she said she was working on it now. Only giving the 3 stars because some of the employees are nice but their print service is in need of some serious change read more

This Staples has a terrific copy associate. I have had multiple projects that I needed printed quickly and he has always been nice and courteous even during times where multiple people are in line and several jobs are going at the same time. Kirsten, who is generally at checkout, has a nice smile and is willing to offer suggestions and coupon opportunities. I was on a mission to finish my DIY invites since I ended up breaking my home printer so there I was with my sister looking very confused. To our rescue came **Karina** who works in the Copy and Print Center. She was amazing!!! She totally knew what she was doing and what she was talking about. She went above and beyond by editing my PDF and putting it on a flash drive for me so I could easily print from their awesome laser printer (it prints SO fast and the colors are vibrant). Even when the printer would act up, she knew how to fix the problem and was always there to help. Karina is definitely the best tour guide in the copy and print center since it was all so foreign to me... she helped me a ton! Thank you Karina! read more

I'm a bit jealous that I did not have the same experience as other yelpers! Everyone else mentioned that the Staples employees went out of their way to be helpful, but I found my experience to be quite the opposite. I went in to buy some ink, so it was not a big deal that I did not get a friendly greeting at the door or asked if I needed help finding anything. The issue that I had was with the employees at checkout that were slower than molasses. There were two check stands open. Option one: the line was held up by a couple who were trying to buy some larger items. Option two: the line consisted of one teenage girl buying a lollypop (WHO BUYS A LOLLYPOP AT STAPLES?!). Logically, I chose to get in line behind lollypop girl. Just my luck, the cashier ran out of one dollar bills. He started yelling across to his managers to get him some ones. While we all waited, he was flirting with the girl! It was extremely annoying and extremely painful to watch. Keep it in your pants, kid. It should not take 15 minutes to buy a box of printer ink. read more

I work in The Landing near Staples and often have to run next door for the many projects we do - I end up spending a lot of my time at their Copy and Print Center. I've never been met with anything less than friendly and helpful service. Jeremy, Brandon, and Anna in the Copy and Print Center have all gone above and beyond each time I've needed help and I couldn't be more grateful. It's not uncommon to visit a business and find a friendly face... but its very uncommon to find yourself met by so many outstanding and personable people each and every time you're there. No one visits a place like Staples looking for or expecting an overly pleasant experience, it's generally looked upon as somewhere you go to get in and get out without much hassle - but the employees there have managed to make it so much more and I hope they know how much they're appreciated. read more

My dad took his 'older' computer in for a diagnostic review and a check up. My dad took it back home and their was no way to get an internet connection. Comcast could not figure it out (since the info they got from us was the the signal was fine BEFORE the diagnosis). My dad then took the tower back to Staples and BRIAN KARLSSON said he would see what he could do. (not the original tech). Brian spent hours on the computer, with my dad there, and found the problem (long story, not sure you want to read it all) and did not charge my dad another penny. Brian, to us, went above and beyond what we had expected and I personally consider him worthy of a great review. He could have said, "sorry, I have no clue what the matter is, you are just going to have to live with it," but he kept at it. Thanks Brian and thanks Staples for having him there! read more

Every time I'm here, everyone is super attentive and asks if I need help. I have used the printing area a lot and the employees are so sweet and patient it's astounding sometimes. They put up with a lot of crap from crabby people and they maintain their composure so well they would be eligible for for the Ghandi Peace Prize. read more

I purchased an index card box and the cashier noticed it was broken. The manager went and retrieved an unbroken one for me. Another time I had something printed. The clerk did a fine job, suggested I laminate it and the finished product looked like the real deal. Two visits and two good experiences. The store is clean, well stocked and a nice place to visit. Though I would not want to life there. :-) read more
