They give great feedback, My pc broke down and boy was i in a pickle, thanks to the techs i got a new pc loaded with antivirus, full coverage on any damages to my pc, transferred all my data, and installed office, i payed every penny in split payments with there more account and saved 50 bucks. I'm giving this one star but would prefer to give it no stars. This is specifically for their printing dept. After working with the Barrington Staples with few or no problems over the course of 12 months, I was forced to use the Seekonk Staples because of the Barrington closing. I have a pretty thriving business and place printing orders 3-5 times/week. Staples was convenient because of their weekend and evening hours. No more. After using the Seekonk store for a month or so and continually receiving incorrect printed products for my business, I found a new printer and used Staples only when I had to have printed material done over the weekend. However, even with sporadic orders, they still can't complete an order properly. No one is reading the orders as they come in online. Clearly no one cares about the end product or the reputation. I can't tell you how many times I've had an order reprinted. No more. I get it, Staples. You just don't care. read more

Went to Staples to have contacts transferred to my new phone, which Radio Shack had informed us that 'Dante" was the person to see and he could fix anything. Dante was great unfortunately the Tech manager was rude and treated me as if I was the dumbest customer that ever walked through the door. Needless to say I won't be shopping there again. read more

The copy and print center truly sucks. Got grossly overcharged for a print job. Had an order confirmation that was 1/3 the price they charged me. Mentioned it very nicely cuz im not a dbag and the lady in back didnt even bother looking and provided some wack ass made up response. Felt bad for the nice counter person for having to deal with that wretch in the back. Woof. read more

Print & Copy Center Review Only - I recently had a document printed for the first time with this Staples. I brought my document in, set up to be printed at 100% and was informed by a gentlemen that they add a .25 inch border. I went home, re-designed my entire piece, had a test piece printed and when I went to pick it up, I noticed there was not additional border. I questioned the women who helped me and she said they only add a border when there isn't a white background. So I went home, sent my original document and picked it up today. While the quality is great, after getting home I realized they printed more than I ordered. So overall I made 3 trips and paid extra money for one document. While the quality was fine, in fact great, the people that I worked with were not helpful and were pretty crappy at customer service. read more

Went to staples copy center sometime last week and had a very poor experience. just to make clear my review is towards the COPY CENTER. I come in and give the worker two books to be bound. I never said or was I ever asked about which direction to bind. I made the mistake of assuming that they would have basic COMMON SENSE and READ the page which the image and text clearly was in landscape as well as every other page. So after assuming I left and waited for 30 minutes to come back. I come back there is another customer very unsatisfied yelling and very mad at the same worker that helped me, Yashiara. He said that she belittled him by talking down on him as if it was obvious how to use the copy machine. One thing people need to remember and always forget is to be courteous and respectful. This girl did have an air of " I am better than everyone" and that was not cute. Even though the event with the guy happened what bothered me the most was after the guy left she was making fun of him with another customer and making comments with Alisson, the supervisor. When it was my turn to get my books, I was shocked to see that they didn't even bother to read the paper and bound it in portrait. Alisson asked: did you tell her landscape? Before I could even answer, the girl Yashiara jumped into the conversation and with her attitude said I didn't say anything. AND I DIDN'T, I ASSUMED THEY KNEW HOW TO READ! Alisson fixed the book which looked like crap afterwards because she had to cut part of the page and she did it only in the top so the book looks uneven. I am so used to the service in Boston and even South Attleboro that this is huge NO-NO and whenever possible I will avoid this store and will be spreading the word because these people just don't understand they are working and not with their friends at a party, gossiping and having fun at the expense of others. read more

Staples said they would pay for half of a new phone. When you bring a phone in to get a new screen put on and then you have to bring t back because it isn't right and they mess up another thing I shouldn't have to pay anything never mind half. I got a e mail from the presidents office supposedly and they said they couldn't help. Now I have a broken phone and they don't care. Nice company to do business with. read more

They used to be pretty efficient, but obviously have new management, which is for the worse. The last few times I've been in here, the customer service has just been awful (I'm mainly talking about the printing/scanning section). A couple of times there have been long lines with only one employee at the counter, while the other two employees were right there staring at a computer screen for about 30 minutes. It was one of the most awkward things I've ever seen. The next time I came in the employee at the counter wanted to do everything but help me, and it was just frustrating (and I'm a really easy customer, as I just go there to get some simple bindings, and I bring in one already bound and tell them I want it exactly like that so they don't have to take more time asking me a series of questions). Anyway, said employee was just complaining to his co-workers about how bad he wants another smoke break. Now, after this I dropped off another thing to bind which was hard to get printed out on my end. I paid for it all up front under my name and account, and they told me that they would keep it indefinitely, and to come back whenever to pick it up. So I come back a few weeks later, and some really snappy new employee tells me it's nowhere to be found, and that they just threw out some things a few days ago. She said there is no record of me paying for this, and refused to give me a refund. I've been shopping here for years, but this is the last straw. My recent experience with this store is frustrating beyond belief. Bad management, lazy and snappy employees, and sloppy behavior. Just about as awful as the Apple Store in Providence Place Mall. read more

I have never written a bad review in my life, but the experience I had at staples warrants one. I was trying to print a project, but their paper for 11x17 size was terrible, so I went out and bought my own nice quality paper and returned. What I needed was simple. Single sheets double sided. Sounds easy right? I guess not. After waiting around for about 40-50 minutes, the person gave me the prints and mentioned that a few might not be in the right order. Okay thats fine I thought, I have a few extra pieces of paper. I start looking through, and they look great up until the fourth page where literally EVERY page was printed wrong. The person printing even printed SEVERAL pages MULTIPLE times. That just takes a high level of incompetence. She gave me the most corporate apology I ever heard, not understanding how much they just screwed me over, considering this very important project was due soon (which is why I got the same day service). I will never go back there, I would give this zero stars if I could. read more

Same day business cards were done 3 days later. Copy & print staff rude and condescending. Bad customer service. Never again.
