On Friday morning I needed copies fast for a conference I was speaking at. When I had been to this store a few weeks back, there was a woman who was not very friendly, yet I prayed for someone else to be there - and there was Teal! She is the print and marketing supervisor. She went above and beyond to get my order of copies made and truly cared that I was running late. The copier I was using wasn't cooperating so she personally took over getting my order to me quickly! This Staples is conveniently located in a strip mall so you can park in one spot and do all of your shopping. I have found that the downfall is that parking really stinks. During the day when I just need to send a quick fax or pick up some paper and get back to work, I have to park all the way down near the Arizona-Mexico border and walk a ways back to Staples. I exaggerate of course, but seriously, parking isn't easy. The staff in the store are super super super friendly. Sometimes you have to search for a minute to find someone to help you, but when you do find your new special Staples buddy, they will spend all the time with you that you require. I recently went looking for a very specific type of cotton paper that had to have a specific weight. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for and wound up calling around until they found it for me. Love these folks! read more

This store is so terrible. Not only did I wait 15 minutes before being helped at the copy center and I was next. it took 20 minutes to complete my order then the wait to check out was another 10 minutes. I've wasted 45 minutes of my life for 15 pieces of paper smh. I will never stop in here again. read more

Bought a chair here and the manager was very helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. Cashiers were super friendly and respectful. Great experience twice. Oh and manager also brought my chair out side to where my car was parked right in front and loaded it for me. read more

Absolutely the worst. I did the self serve print and their machines are extremely slow. It was unresponsive today and their response was "sorry our system is extremely slow today but you can have us print it" for twice the cost. I will never come here again read more

I was on a serious mission to find resume paper and affordable resume portfolios I could pass out during interviews. After multiple failed attempts at Walmart, Target, and Walgreens, I went to Staples figuring they had to have what I needed. I battle my way to a parking spot at the back of the lot and walk into Staples. The store appeared to be smaller than most but was easily laid out. I headed straight for the row that was labelled to have paper. I must have spent about 10 mins walking up and down it reading everything and not finding what I needed. I figured screw it, at least try to find the portfolios. By luck I found paper that could pass as resume paper in a random row on a shelf out of place. And the portfolios were well overpriced at $12+ for a package of 5. I couldn't justify spending $24 on folders that looked like I could have purchased the pack from a dollar store for cheaper. In the end I purchased cheaper portfolios and my over priced resume paper. I just assumed they would have had more options considering how close it is to all those corporate offices but I guess not. read more

I have been here twice and have to say all the staff members are polite and courteous. I have had use of their copy & print department twice now both times the cost was acceptable and the production was excellent. They are always polite and friendly. I would also recommend if you do a lot of print needs sign up for their rewards program because you save 5% on all your transactions. Wedding, letterhead, business cards, flyers(which is why i was there both times) and even large format. They are excellent to work with and do great work. read more

I use staples all over the place. Thus one does a very good job on print projects. I email them in and they print bind and package them very well. The location would seem ideal but parking can be an issue. Staff is helpful and I enjoy shopping here. read more

Worst staples ever. If you need a print job please save yourself and don't go here. They have a very awkward process that only allows printing in very specific ways. I had a 300 page print job that they could not print from Dropbox, google drive, or ANY drive. They did not attempt to help me figure out ANY way to possibly print my document. This is not my typical Staples, as I work in Tempe I usually go to the one on Broadway but I was running business errands on this side of town. I was very lost in the store trying to find supplies for the officeand instead of being helped I was being followed by security. I finally got tired of it and asked to be shown where things were. I got to the register and realized I was missing an item I asked the cashier if she could hold off and she said nope I'd have to return the entire transaction with an attitude so I said fine finished the transaction and went to get my missing item. I went back to pay for my missing item to a different cashier now and told her my card won't swipe so you have to enter it she looks at me like I'm nuts and says we don't do that I said ok I just paid and that cashier had to enter it and now your telling me you can't, I tried to swipe luckily it worked but seriously how ridiculous. I'm so disappointed with this experience and I absolutely love my typical staples all the staff is great and friendly and i certainly did not find that at this staples and I'll never step foot in this one again! Totally sucks!!!! And parking is pretty awful! read more

Great Service!!! I needed some items printed for a baby shower so I emailed a pdf file to them. When I arrived with my card stock they had my email opened and promptly printed the items while I shopped in the store for a few more things. Printing was perfect and fast. This store has the WORST customer service, I'm trying to promote my business and Not only was the employee very unhelpful but the manager wasnt as well. Being that the employee ask the manager to come and help me, instead they both stood behind a computer and barely answered any of my questions when the manager went over there in the first place to take care of me I got no answers nothing resolved I ended up walking out I will take my business elsewhere fuck this place it doesn't even deserve a star not even half of one to the one that we always go read more

I phoned the copy center at noon on a Sunday, asking for their email address so I could fwd the store a document. Thirty minutes later, I arrived to pick up 2 color copies of the document. Everything went smoothly and the clerk was nice enough. I have no complaints. read more

It is becoming increasingly difficult to find anywhere to send a fax these days, and Staples has just made it even more so. Just last week, I sent a fax from this location on their "old-fashioned" fax machine. I came back this week to find that they have taken away their dedicated fax machine and "updated" their fax capabilities so that you can just use the large copiers to send a fax. What they get wrong now is that this machine now charges 800 (toll free) numbers as "long distance," so I was charged eight dollars for a two-page fax. As well, the fax won't send if the number is busy, so if it's a typical 800 number location with thousands of incoming faxes, like a credit or governmental agency, you basically have to stand there all day and manually redo the entire transaction over and over and over again until this one 800 number has a moment in time when your fax may go through, because if the number is busy, a slip of paper comes out that says "failed." I walked out. This is not progress and reeks of screwing people out of more money. It's a damned inconvenience. read more

Just came here for some office supplies, this store is tucked at the corner so it's not very easy to find it from Camelback Rd., but at least the speed for checking out was painless. Plenty of parking with easy access from the freeway. read more

Sooooo......disappointed in staples. I bought a $183 laserjet ink cartridge in April 2015 as a back up for our printer. Office team member opened it up today to replace the old one and realized it was the wrong one. My mistake I purchased the wrong #. So I called staples and the rude person Zach answered, asking me did you open it? I of course said yes. Without anymore conversation said we won't take it back. Great customer service Staples, not. Why couldn't a company as big as them have to treat the customers so poorly? Also it's a Hewlett Packard ink, really they don't accept returns. read more

This is not about Staples as much as it is about the Dell cartridges - They are NO good! They last a whole one hour - only printed one 3 page letter. Don't purchase this cartridge - Staples will not honor the return and Dell products are priced low for a reason....they are an inferior product. I purchased on a Monday afternoon and immediately installed - printed THREE pages - the last page of the letter printed with missing ink. if you try to return it - it's a no although you just left the store. I always used HP computers and printers and supplies and never had this happen. Save your money and purchase a HP printer and cartridge. read more
