This is a reminder to never use their printing services. The man seems disinterested and not very helpful. I had to come back because it wasn't laminated and crushed while's rolled. That should be asked do you want it rolled. I'm not paying $24 + for rolled up paper. It might be a norm to some but not a norm for me. Monae was very nice.

Came here to do a "happy" return for some clothes and the stores happy return section, self-service copy & print, and copy & print service was busy, and there was only one gentleman working. Despite there being NO ONE ELSE to help, the only associate MARCUS, helped people while also giving me frequent updates that he'll be with me as I waited. When he was able to finally help me, other customers had gotten impatient and rude, he was still KIND and PROFESSIONAL to them. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE !! I repeat, it was the black associate MARCUS, with a C not a K. Picture proof of how packed it was after I left the happy return section, you can SEE how many people are waiting just for him and help. Not another associate in sight besides him (he's under the "ship it all" sign. 2:45pm 02/13/26 Friday.

These are the actual store hours. Smh. Not the one you guys have posted.

The hours you guys have posted are inaccurate. The service for Amazon returns aren't too good since 1 person is running both sides. The printing and the Amazon returns. I get it. 1 person could do it but when you have a line both ways. Where's the help.

Needed some ink for my printer.

Service is VERY slow; took 4 ever to get a sales associate for assistance & NO, no one EVER came. The cashier was cold & unpleasant.

Saint John assisted me with thier printing services. There are multiple printers available as well as computers. My problem was that my pdf files were protected by a passcode. After several attempts He was unable to print anything as it did not allow him to enter a password. I ultimately ended up purchasing a printer.

amazing customer service!! But await! It is 5:34 PM I came in 15 minutes earlier and the representative at the self serve, I don't want to do severe damage by typing his name (looks Caucasian male) at the copying Dept. Is less than helpful. He always has a demeanor as if someone just a stole his lunch. Came in at 5:30 and this different representative it's amazing! Wonderful customer service , polite, with the most sharpest communication skills. His mama raised him right, for sure! Either he went to school and learned everything he was there to learn, graduated with honors from the university or simply he likes to do his job, treat others as you want to be treated. Donavyn, is one of the best staples employee. IF not the BEST Please pay him well and don't lose him STAPLES because you'll lose your customers with that other guy. I saw him leave and I came back. But I was not planning to. Kudos to you STAPLES you have a rockstar! And the Gem of an employee!

Terrible service !!!! I wont come back to this place anymore !!!! For just 3 pages to print it out !!! Wait 45 mins !!! Sucks !!!

I called on Saturday and let them know…read moremy Google Pixel 6 Pro screen needed to be replaced and asked if that was something they could do. I got my quote and was told my new screen would arrive Tuesday and they would be able to replace it. I went in to give them the deposit, only for them to call me later that day and say the quote they gave me was wrong. The new quote was 20% more and they would need an additional deposit. I decided to let this go since there were so many great reviews and mistakes happen. Tuesday comes and they let me know the new screen hadn't arrived and that it should be in Thursday. Fine, I already paid the deposit and it was only two days more. The screen arrives and I drop my phone off for the replacement. I was told I could come back in 2 hrs, which I did, but they needed an additional 30 mins. I waited in my car for 30 mins before the guy came out and said the new screen had a defect and he needed more time to work on it. He let me know that the defect may not be something he could fix, but by then, he had already opened my phone and messed it up. My only options were to let him keep working on it or leave with a phone worse off than what I left them with. So I hoped he could fix it, but he was unable to. They offered to reorder the part and to come back Tuesday, but I declined. I was willing to pay the more expensive quote because I appreciate great service, which all these reviews indidcated they had. But that didn't seem to be the case after all the hassle. My phone left Byte Me Wireless worse off than it arrived. I understand the defective screen and the late shipping was out of their control, but those issues combined with the wrong quote and the additional wait time made this a horrible experience.

I'm confused about what happened here. I requested a quote for a laptop battery replacement and was…read moretold $75 plus tax on the parts, so around $78, which I still think is a good price. I agreed and said I would come in on the 8th. A few days later, I messaged to reschedule to the 15th. The owner replied on Yelp that it was fine. On the morning of the 15th, I texted my arrival time a few hours in advance, to which he never replied. I arrived at the shop with my laptop, and the employee working said there was no order for me, which was confusing because the owner had been so communicative. He said he would order the part and it would be there later that week and I agreed to come back. I got a text confirmation with my order number and everything. Fast forward a week and a half: silence. Nothing. I replied to the order confirmation text asking if it had arrived, and I don't know if it went through or not, but it's just weird they wouldn't have the part by now or some kind of update. I gave up, bought a kit on Amazon for $35, and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I don't know where this project fell apart, but if the shop didn't want to take it on, they could have declined it. I'm just confused by lack of follow-through because they have so many good reviews, and I thought I had done everything I could, both in person and online, to confirm I wanted the service.
