Jeff and…read morehis staff have, since day one, been exceedingly pleasant to deal with, as well as helpful, efficient, and generous. They are not only great at packing and shipping, they are nice! Such a divergence from what's expected from places like staples or the post office in my experiences. Will continue to use this Qwik Pack & Ship over all alternatives.

The experience with this store was an absolute cluster!!! I had a high value auction shipment…read morescheduled through them, based on the auction house's recommendation. The early part went well - getting a quote. From there, it was downhill. I had specifically instructed the assistant store manager Alex S and paid for the item to be shipped only via UPS! They shipped via FedEx because it was cheaper for them. When they attempted a recall they lost track of it "in the FedEx network". I would absolutely NOT recommend them for anything of value or importance. They are the textbook definition of a logistics disaster. In a country with at-will employment that rewards merit, how such incompetent people keep their job is a mystery. But worse yet, is the owner of this store that cared neither about his customer nor his employees. He let an employee that had failed in the first place continue to muddle along while not having the courtesy to contact the customer to fix things. Sadly, Yelp does not allow less than one star. In summary, there is nothing "Qwik" about them when it comes to "ship". UPS eventually delivered the package on June 16 after FedEx trucked it coast to coast 4 times since May 11. The long logistics nightmare is finally over for an item I purchased in April.

Went back to use their services again in August and instead of leaving my copies outside they told me to come into the shop. The two folks who were working there were not wearing masks. Mobile PC took my laptop on Monday and returned it one week later. Happy to report all issues were corrected and the laptop works perfectly after two weeks of use. Price charged was reasonable. The only reason I did not give Mobile PC 5 stars was their poor communication during the process. All phone calls came from me to get any updates. Very concerning as I have never done business with them before and thought they could be downloading sensitive data or other mischief. To better put your client's mind to ease, Mobile PC should reach out to their customers to give them frequent updates and timeframes on the repair. Simple customer service would make them excellent.
