This has been, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with a service provider in years. Communication? Nonexistent. I've had better conversations with a brick wall. When I requested an urgent callback, my request was ignored as if it were optional. This isn't just bad service; it's a slap in the face to any paying customer. Quality of Service? Don't get me started. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Shredded failed to meet even the most basic standards of what they promised, leaving me both frustrated and regretful for ever considering their service. Accountability? Laughable. At no point did anyone take responsibility for the endless string of disappointments. The whole nine yards--service, communication, accountability-- In summary, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Shredded. Some of it was sensitive but not useful. Thry didn't have the staff, time or space to put a small shredder so I suggested an outside co come in and shred away. The businesses I consulted was super impressed by my suggestion cause no one else had come up with this workplace solution. I looked like a hero. shred it made me look like a genius. One of the other issues they had no solution too was the shear amount of trash it would produce. Since they were limited on their trash allotment to throw away again it made calling Shred it a viable solution. When I called to set it up, they were very accommodating to our office's schedule. Very nice over the phone and in person. It made my several week consulting gig in Cranston easier. The two guys who showed up were professional and time efficient. Time is money. It was nice to have our time appreciated. Our business was also appreciated.
