Paid extra for overnight and more for Saturday delivery. Driver went to wrong address and they claimed I wasn't home. Not so. After numerous calls and chats with FedEx they realized they screwed up. Day after day I contacted them. More than 4 hours invested in chasing them. My OVERNIGHT package finally delivered FIVE days later. By then I had left the rental house by contract and have to now get a professional to install the part costing me $300!!! If it was delivered even 2 days late I could have done the job myself for $0. The staff here was pleasant, but obviously understaffed which was a bit of a nightmare because customers were asking the staff questions while they scanned the documents. The end result was the fact that they didn't check the glass on the scanner and all of my photos had smudges. Once I found out the quality of the scans were bad I returned to this location and asked that they rescan the pictures. They were very understanding and did so. The final result was high quality scans. In the end, this store is a middle of the road Staples that could be better if the staff here wasn't stretched thin and could actually spend time with customers. Watching staff bounce between customers made it tough to feel supported especially when it seemed a burden to ask questions as they were rushing along.

Being able to communicate via email, and getting all my many questions answered quickly, was a huge advantage over other companies I contacted. Jim was running slightly late at his previous job, but called me ahead of time to let me know, which I appreciated. And I surely put him in the exact same position with his next client, as I kept adding things beyond what we originally discussed I wanted removed once he was here, including a queen sized mattress/boxspring and a heavy bureau. And at the end of the job, Jim asked for the exact same payment he had originally quoted, which was slightly less than the other quote I received from a competitor (we decided to add on ourselves, but it was a generous offer). Everyone was extremely nice, friendly, and wore masks when inside without me having to ask. Highly recommend.

Guy took forever to update but said the bike would take another couple days. A week later I called again. "We'll get back to you" No call. So 2 and a half weeks later I call and am told that the bike has been ready ( they never called me), and I can pick it up. No apology, no mention that they poorly communicated. I picked the bike up and they offered a discount, but I refused as it was never about $$. They are lousy communicators and don't seem to really care. But, they are busy, so good for them. I don't leave reviews much, and never bad ones, except this time.

The ladies who answer the phone are so helpful and informative. Very friendly I am doing a serious purge of my house and all 3 times I've come to drop off my donations, I was greeted by Don. I had arrived just a few minutes past the donation window at about 2:10 (not knowing it cut off at 2, I thought it stopped at close which was 5). Don was nice enough to take my donations anyway and inform me of the hours and days for the future. He was very helpful despite me being late. The next two times I came I felt like I was seeing an old friend. He and another gentleman named Bob work the donation door and are simply lovely each and every time which is a MAJOR difference from the Hyannis Goodwill location, whose donation attendant may be the unfriendliest person I've met in a customer service role! So I drive the extra 10 minutes every time just to give this location my goods. I love leaving in a great mood which was the opposite case with Goodwill. Thank you Don, Bob, and manager Luke for doing such a great service to the community by being wonderful people and helping those in need. Great guys working for a great cause! **Currently, they do not take stuffed toys or pillows/pillow inserts of any kind. **They DO TAKE pillow shams, however.
