I want to take a moment to recognize Vishal at The UPS Store in Hyannis for going above and beyond…read moreto help my elderly mother. My mother is hard of hearing and sometimes has difficulty navigating certain transactions on her own. Vishal was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. When there was an error on her paperwork, he took the time to help her correct it and carefully went through all the details to make sure everything was accurate before notarizing her document. Most importantly, she never felt rushed or like she was a burden. He treated her with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, people like Vishal make such a difference. His patience and compassion gave my mother a sense of comfort and confidence, and it gave me peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Thank you, Vishal, for taking the extra time and for treating my mother with such care and kindness. You truly went above and beyond, and it did not go unnoticed. The UPS Store is very fortunate to have someone like you
