They went above and beyond to deal with a situation at our house that required the tanks to be moved and the insufficient copper runs (installed by the house flippers) to get completely replaced. They handled dealing with the town inspector and even dropped off a temporary tank to make sure we had no disruption to hot water while everything got figured out. I was very happy with how thorough they were to make sure everything was up to code and handled as "pretty" as two large tanks can be :) When I was shopping around I found that the prices at Eastern Propane were considerably cheaper than the previous chosen company the previous owner (flipper) had chosen. Akin to highway robbery if you ask me. I've met the delivery driver a few times and he also is very pleasant and welcoming. I feel like I'm in good hands and happy to be a customer!

I walked into Days P-town office location and was immediately given extra friendly help and an appointment for them to look at my property to find a suitable location for a tank. A man named Custodio came and even though I accidentally missed his appointment he went ahead without me there and found a great spot that I had not thought of. I walked back into the office a day or so later to work out the details of the install, and once again the staff there was extra friendly and helpful! They wisely coordinated the install to occur the day after my new stove was delivered to they could go the install and hook up at once, and everything just happened seamlessly: they showed up when they said they would, the tank drop guy did it perfectly without damaging so much as a single plant, the install guy was super fast and efficient, and then the next business day a truck showed up to fill the tank. Like a perfectly synchronized propane dance troupe!!!! And the cost was exactly as quoted. The reason this is the case is because it seems like some stations have lower fuel quality than others. This Cumberland Farms in East Falmouth has to be the best place to fuel in the area. It has self service pumps which tend to be quick. The station itself is easy to get in and out of and the staff is generally polite. The convenience store here is large and has a ton of items. Yes the price is pretty high, but what can you expect from a gas station. Overall, this is just a gas station, but it beats fueling up down the road. I have found that my tank lasts longer when I fuel here at this station, unlike some other stations.
