The staff here was polite but like the main Falmouth Post Office, the staff seemed overwhelmed with the rush. In the end, not a terrible Post Office but be prepared to wait for a bit.

The early part went well - getting a quote. From there, it was downhill. I had specifically instructed the assistant store manager Alex S and paid for the item to be shipped only via UPS! They shipped via FedEx because it was cheaper for them. When they attempted a recall they lost track of it "in the FedEx network". I would absolutely NOT recommend them for anything of value or importance. They are the textbook definition of a logistics disaster. In a country with at-will employment that rewards merit, how such incompetent people keep their job is a mystery. But worse yet, is the owner of this store that cared neither about his customer nor his employees. He let an employee that had failed in the first place continue to muddle along while not having the courtesy to contact the customer to fix things. Sadly, Yelp does not allow less than one star. In summary, there is nothing "Qwik" about them when it comes to "ship". UPS eventually delivered the package on June 16 after FedEx trucked it coast to coast 4 times since May 11. The long logistics nightmare is finally over for an item I purchased in April.

Recently I had to travel out of state to care for my sister in hospice and had put a stop mail order in, specifying that mail be held until I personally pick it up on Thurs 3/3. After a 10 hour journey home I hurried to this branch to p/u only to be told they don't have any mail held for me and have no idea if it was all delivered or where it could be! I was treated like I was imposing on them by even questioning them. They are consistently rude, slow, unconcerned, uninformative and unwilling to give any information or service. I have spoken to them several times about problems with mail only to be told to have the condo assoc buy new mailboxes. How in the world will that improve their service?? I had something I had to send overseas and was turned down the first visit ( because they said it was closing time) even tho they didn't for another 20 minutes! On my second visit I was given a paper to fill out and told to come back. Third visit I was told I didn't need the custom paper and had to start over! There is one woman there who acts so exasperated when you walk in, and so unwilling to help you navigate rates, options, delivery times that you want to leap over the counter and do it yourself! They need a trained new staff there...people who actually take an interest in their chosen job and perform the duties!!! horrible experiences there minus 20 stars rating if there was such a thing
