i had a great exp with Cape Cod Computer Specialist this summer while visiting the Cape. I was having issues with my Mac computer keyboard. I called spoke to Chris who was wonderful. He gave me an appointment. I brought my computer and left it for two days. . I cannot recommend CCCS highly enough! One of our computers was having problems so, before finding out about CCCS, I brought it to another computer place and really regret it; after having to leave it there 3 times, for a total of over 20 days, and struggling to communicate with them, I went searching for someplace else and found CCCS. What a difference with CCCS! Not only did they wind up costing half as much as the other place (who kept charging me despite not fixing the problem), but it felt like I was dealing with actual professionals. They could have easily talked me into a new computer, after all the aggravation from the previous place, but instead got the computer up and running in no time. Phil was absolutely terrific! Not only did he fix the computer quickly, but he kept me up to date on his progress and carefully explained everything and just couldn't have been nicer. It's been several weeks now and the computer is still running great with NO problems! i got a referral from a close friend of mine about this computer shop that opened up nearby, and i went in thinking they might be able to give me a estimate on my laptop. it had some important info on it, and old pictures that i really hoped to keep, and i figured id leave the computer with them, and they would give me a guess on how much it would cost to fix it. i was amazed when i left the store little less than a hour latter with the laptop running like new. it took a virus scan and some other programs, and my laptop was fixed! i cannot recommend cccs enough, and i plan to come back the second anything else goes wrong. read more

This IT service company is the best I've found on Cape Cod. And now that I've found them, I've stopped looking. Back in August, I had a new apartment networking setup project that also involved adding a couple of newly purchased hardware peripherals and installing/migrating an SSD. Ed came out and went above and beyond to get me set up right. He is courteous, professional and quite tech savvy. Although it cost me more than I probably should have spent, the price for the work done was very fair. In the end, I'm glad I hired this work out instead of messing with things I'm not as smart about as I'd sometimes like to believe. Moving was stressful enough by itself! The reviews here on Yelp and on other sites helped me hire the best firm. Sandwich is a bit far away, but the drive to them or cost to get them back to me will be worth it the next time I have any computer repair or IT consulting needs. I've just recommended them to a neighbor whose PC is malfunctioning. That reminded me I had forgotten to write the review here I intended to do a long time ago. read more
