The exterior appearances of the shops fits with the style of the town. This Staples wasn't very large and there was a lack of associates on the floor. Fortunately, we were able to get assistance from the tech associate at the tech desk. He was quite energetic while still maintaining his patience with uncertain customer before us. Eventually we got help and was able to purchase what we were looking for.

Am I trying to hold him accountable to our phone conversation? Absolutely. The response by Patrick, the Owner of On Call Computer Services is 100% False. Never have I harassed him or threatened him in any way. There were other people in the office who heard the entire conversation. There was one phone call to Patrick where we discussed the pick up and refund of the computers. Patrick stated he had to "find the money" to refund us. This call was on Monday, the 31 st of March 2025 this past week. We had an uncomfortable conversation, however, never did I threaten him or swear at him. He is clearly trying to push some sort of false narrative to now avoid doing what he agreed to do in our conversation. We also agree to talk later last week and when I never heard from him, I called the business line which went directly to voicemail without ringing. Then I tried his cell phone which did the same thing. I have received an email from Patrick, threatening me with a restringing order and the like. I've never been to his business and he is correct, we've never met. Although I did see him in the parking lot on Monday after he left the office. Let me state, I and the Controller for the company and while the responsibility of the purchase was on the General Manager, this has fallen in my lap and I'm trying to deal with it. I will not be bullied into Patrick's belief his is somehow the viticim. He built three computers for the company for a total of $5,200. Two of the computers currently do not work properly. There have been at least 4 attempts at repairing them to no avail. The third one is in another office in a different town and has never been turned on due to the issues we've had. Patrick blocked me because I'm trying to hold his company accountable. He has no money and is simply spreading lies. After the one phone call we had, I thought we had an understanding. Clearly, something changed and I will have to pursue through the proper legal channels. Everything is this review is 100% accurate with phone records and cancelled checks to prove! All he has to do is pick up the phone, like a man, and have a conversation.
