I use this ups a few times a week. Service is always quick and staff is very helpful!

I needed to print a pdf from my email and then acan and send it back out. The staff was incredibly helpful, not only to me, but to everyone that came through the door while I was awaiting my email to come through. Check that your tracking number is legible and easy to read before leaving store. In fact- have the clerk read it to you and write it down before leaving. The second character is always a "Z" which looks like a "2" on my receipt.... other numbers that are unclear--- 6, 3, 8.... The store does not answer the phone and the voice mail box is FULL and will not accept messages. I had to drive back to the store after trying to reach them by phone for 2 days when I had trouble interpreting the tracking number. The only explanation the clerk offered was--- "we lost our manager and we're very busy!!" No apologies--- just a snide "have a nice day." Obviously it is a store without a manager!! I am glad this is our closest UPS Store. I needed a bunch (17) multi-page documents printed before I came in. They were all done to my satisfaction, on the upgraded paper I specified. Then I needed to have most of them docs notarized, witnessed, etc. Tom and his crew were super efficient and helpful. The store was BUSY, but everyone was calm and got it done. A kudos to the customers as well, people were nice and I have to give some credit to the vibe the staff put out and to the nice people of Mashpee and the surrounding towns. I am new to this area on a full-time basis but will come to this UPS store for my future needs. Thanks team! read more

went into the store this morning to photo copy some documents and overnight a package to the state. I was originally waited on by a young female who created three copies the state requested. after going through 120 plus pages and placing them in the correct order. I noticed that two pages did not copy very well. at this point I requested that these pages be re-copied and darkened. the girl at 1st refused, but I insisted and she attempted. these pages did not come out well, so I then requested to do it myself and they printed finely. while I was manually collating my paper work the store was experiencing a very large Christmas /noontime rush of customers. as I quietly waited as the employees waited on customer after customer. during this time another employee ,whom I had had zero interaction with started to verbally abuse me with profanities . stating that his coworker was new. I repeatedly requested that this employee cease his outburst. after 30-90 seconds his disrespectful and deameaning out burst ceased. this is when the young lady finally got back to waiting on me after servicing countless # of customers who walked into the store after I had. I then attempted to overnight my material to Boston as was required. I did not proceed with my overnight request, because the girl did not know how to add a secondary addressee line. while leaving the store, I stopped by the other employee's station and politely stated to him that I felt he was disrespectful and to stay out of my business if he is not waiting on me. at this point he flipped out again and told me to get the f out of his store. in closing I want to state and stress that at no time was. I ever disrespectful to the girl that waited on me. if you are paying for copies, you want copies that are readable. secondly, in the past the ups store has shipped items for me with an address of more than one line. after I left the store. I went to the usps and shipped my item for 1/2 the price and better customer service read more

**Please check my other reviews. I do NOT write negative ones unless the experience is truly terrible.** SPOILER ALERT: The Mashpee POLICE Department had to be called/arrive on the scene (yes, I'm not kidding) for me to actually receive proof/receipt/tracking number that I dropped off my packages. After reviewing the UPS security camera footage that I implored the officers to watch so they would know everything I claimed was true, they sided with me & made the location find my packages. I don't know what I would've done without the police officers' intervention. DO NOT BRING YOUR AMAZON RETURNS HERE. I had to fight tooth & nail with Amazon to get my refund of nearly $950+ worth of merchandise that I dropped off here over the course of 3 weeks because of this incompetent location. Never have I wished for the old management & staff to be at a location more. Mary Ann, who used to run this location, was one of the most pleasant humans I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. TOM & all of the current staff could not be any more opposite to my former experience at this once great UPS store. On 12/23 @ 11:03 AM I dropped off $250 worth of items that Amazon instructed me not to box or label. Mason, the 17 year old who should not be allowed to work there if he is not capable of performing adult tasks, took my items & I asked for a physical receipt (thank God) upon drop off of my items. A couple weeks later I realized I still had not received my refund in my bank account. I checked Amazon & tracking#. It said no item had ever been received, shipped, or was even in transit, only that a label had been created. I called Amazon, they told me they couldn't give me my refund until they had received my items. I told them I had a receipt. They basically told me I was "out of luck" until there was some proof (yes, other than an ACTUAL receipt I have from the physical location?!) that it was at least in transit. I then called UPS customer service. They told me that I should go to the actual UPS location & ask where the package was as they had no proof it had ever been scanned. On the evening of January 11 5:00 PM, I had other returns (6 packages amounting to $700+) to make to Amazon, & thought I will take my returns to the same UPS store to speak with management about my lost packages & drop off the new returns. Upon entering, Mason, the 17 year old, was again the one who would be receiving my packages, & the very first thing I said to him was, "I will need a physical receipt for these." After doing the returns, Mason called over Tom (I've watched him interact with customers countless other times & his attitude is always abysmal, rude, unfriendly, unprofessional). I informed him of the situation calmly & directly to which his response was something almost exactly like, "What do you want me to do about it?" I said, "Excuse me?! I tell you of my situation & what Amazon/UPS Customer Service told me to do & that's your response?" "It's not our problem. Call UPS CustomerService." I said, "I just told you I already did that. I spent 2+ hours with both them & Amazon on the phone, & I was instructed by both to come back here." "Well, they're wrong." After a bunch of condescending comments from Tom I said, "I have a physical receipt from this location, how can this not be your responsibility if both Amazon & UPS tell me to come here?" & he said, I SWEAR TO GOD, "You're not at UPS." WHAT?! Refusing to help me, I leave shaking & upset only to have to come back minutes later to get my receipt I asked forfrom Mason. He claimed as soon as I walked in: "I GAVE IT TO YOU ALREADY." This is PATENTLY false. I replied, "Omg. You're going to claim you gave me an f******* receipt now?!" Then Breanna screamed at me for cussing after this RIDICULOUS clown show & told me I must leave because I cussed at a minor. I told her I would not be leaving under any circumstances until I had a receipt. She kept yelling at me to leave. I told her to call the police. She did. They arrived, I told them of the situation in December & this evening & asked them to check the tapes to confirm everything I had said. Thankfully they did watch the footage & the officer himself checked the store packages with the abysmal staff & found 5 of the 6 packages since they wouldn't provide receipts. I couldn't have been more thankful that they checked the cameras to prove I had never been belligerent & was simply requiring what is due to me since receipts weren't emailed that either time (police officer checked my phone) when I dropped them & it would've been my word against theirs. I never in my life thought I would need THE POLICE to assist me at a UPS. Thanks to the Mashpee Police I got my returns& this location was held accountable for the unreasonable, unprofessional, almost criminal conduct. I would NEVER return to this location under any circumstance. DO NOT GO HERE. Falmouth UPS has given flawless service since this debacle with no issues whatsoever. read more

What an excellent store. Maryanne, the Manager, and her staff are as good as they come! They makes sure everything is packed right and that each and every customer is well taken care of. Very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining pricing, shipping and any other questions you might have. Not only do they ship but Maryanne is a notary! They offer shredding services, print jobs, packing, and free local pick ups. One stop shopping here at this store as they have a great selection of greeting cards. They also have mail boxes with a street address. They were just newly renovated and the grand opening looks awesome! A warm feeling just as you walk through.
