Jeff was working behind the counter and apparently didn't know we were in a pandemic, as he was without any PPE. Wear a mask, Jeff! He wasn't even trying to pretend to have one around his chin, or in his work station. Meanwhile, while I was there four other people came in that were in their 60s and one actually turned around and walked out after looking straight at him, and deciding it wasn't worth it. Do better USPS.

Mario, called & harassed mother w/ 3 messages, as well as, spoke with her 2x in a 2 day period. Mother very upset (as you can imagine). Stated he had threatening tone & claimed her check bounced & he wanted cash. Mario said he had an insufficient funds slip he got in mail. I called bank for her & spoke w/ representative. The check was cashed on the day JCM / Mario received it. Additionally, bank is sending proof of cancelled check to her. Mario then called me & we argued on phone. I called Stanley Steamer Corporate offices to file a complaint. Bank then called me back in the evening to state they will prevent access to account by this person & that it was a potential fraud on JCM part to obtain money from her. I called JCM / Mario back argued again this time I was threatening & told him I was reporting him to corporate offices & the police. A library on the…read more cape Marstons Mills is a itty, bitty village in the city of Barnstable on Cape Cod. Definitely a cool, little place but not really a whole lot there. However they do have one very impressive and extremely friendly library. The original library in Marstons Mills was founded back in 1891 when a bookcase was put in a local post office and loaded up with books. You could only take out one book at a time simply because they didn't have a lot of books and they didn't one person to have them all. A demand for books was so great that it became obvious that a more permanent library was needed so the present building was constructed in 1894. Still didn't have a whole lots of books but over the years and decades the tiny edifice was expanded with more rooms until now the library has 21,000 volumes, audios, computers and all the modern amenities of a much larger library. However the building still holds on to it's historical roots with a cool fireplace and rambling and non symmetrical walls. From the outside you can see how the building just sort of flows from one section to another with a pragmatic sense of aesthetics. As with most small, local libraries the building also serves as a place for events, displays, poetry readings and information about town events. Local folks and visitors can come here to find out what's going on. And like many small, local libraries this library has an absolutely wonderful librarian. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, the one I met was the quintessential small town librarian. She probably knew everything there was to know about the village and the Cape and was worth a visit to Marston Mills just to talk to. The library itself probably gets four stars but with the great librarian definitely gets five.

Would like to formally thank Ash from the Mashpee post office for her exceptional performance during what can only be described as: "Certified Mail Meets Medical Emergency." After fainting at the bank with a blood pressure apparently sponsored by powdered sugar and dehydration, Ash calmly: retrieved my certified mail secured the envelopes maintained operational continuity informed EMTs, "She's a fainter" and kept the United States Postal Service moving like the last functioning institution in America. No panic. No confusion. Just calm New England efficiency and commitment to procedural excellence. At one point I was horizontal while my legal documents continued their journey through the federal mail system. Honestly inspiring. If the technology fails, the United States Postal Service and my stubbornness remain undefeated. 10/10. Would faint near this post office again read more

I would absolutely NOT recommend them for anything of value or importance. They are the textbook definition of a logistics disaster. In a country with at-will employment that rewards merit, how such incompetent people keep their job is a mystery. But worse yet, is the owner of this store that cared neither about his customer nor his employees. He let an employee that had failed in the first place continue to muddle along while not having the courtesy to contact the customer to fix things. Sadly, Yelp does not allow less than one star. In summary, there is nothing "Qwik" about them when it comes to "ship". UPS eventually delivered the package on June 16 after FedEx trucked it coast to coast 4 times since May 11. The long logistics nightmare is finally over for an item I purchased in April.

I have spoken to them several times about problems with mail only to be told to have the condo assoc buy new mailboxes. How in the world will that improve their service?? I had something I had to send overseas and was turned down the first visit ( because they said it was closing time) even tho they didn't for another 20 minutes! On my second visit I was given a paper to fill out and told to come back. Third visit I was told I didn't need the custom paper and had to start over! There is one woman there who acts so exasperated when you walk in, and so unwilling to help you navigate rates, options, delivery times that you want to leap over the counter and do it yourself! They need a trained new staff there...people who actually take an interest in their chosen job and perform the duties!!! horrible experiences there minus 20 stars rating if there was such a thing
