Stan's Donuts & Coffee is a legendary donut shop in the Chicago area. This location is at Oakbrook Center, but it delivers the same great taste. We had a pumpkin spice latte, chocolate old-fashioned donut, and an apple fritter. The pumpkin spice latte still tasted too much like coffee for my taste, but my husband liked it. The donuts were great, as expected! I highly recommend Stan's Donuts & Coffee!

Yay donuts! When we come to the Oak Brook Mall, we usually stop at Stan's. Unfortunately, we came in near Macy's, so we had to walk across the entire mall to get to the upstairs food court area (The District). We hit our 10k steps this day, haha. No coffee or shake this time, but I did get the glazed pretzel donut. It's probably one of the bigger donuts they sell. As usual, delicious! Something to note, this one's very messy because the glaze flakes off as you eat it. For those looking to try this Stan's, they usually have 1 employee working at the kiosk, so it can get busy fast, especially if someone orders a complex drink. It's a small kiosk, but they offer a lot

Actually, the Oakbrook Terrance location is one of my favorites. Colorful plush sofas, small front outside patio and fresh variety of donuts. This location also has a drive thru. The staff is always so friendly. They go way and beyond to serve their customers. Stan's even serves freshly daily breakfast and many flavors of coffee and latte. I like how they throw in a little fun with their donuts. Each holiday has a special flavor donut theme. Stan's never seems to disappoint me.

This is my second Stand Donuts and coffee location I have been too. Over all the quality of the product is great and tastes just like other locations which I would give five stars for. However, my three star review comes from the set up and lack of organization. I should preface with the mall was extremely crowded on this particular day. There was no clear direction on where to stand to order, the menu was no where near the cashier, and the donuts were in a display case around the corner from where you place your order. Again my review has no bearing on the quality. I am impressed with the quality, but this needs to be in a better location or at least have a better flow. Over al review, great quality, okay service, bad location. As long as the mall is not crowded, or inside Stan's is not busy, you will be okay.

Best donut ever the drive through line is very quick and they have a lot of donut varieties overall very good.

Went to the donut truck that was in Gates Creek housing development. We preordered. The line was insane!! Thankfully it was a nice sunny day. The donuts were unbelievable. The red velvet one was amazing!! The lime glazed sour cream was really good. The salted caramel sour cream was so so good. Expensive but worth it.

While traveling stopped by the infamous Stan's Donuts and Coffee. Red velvet is one of their most popular donuts and it lived up to the hype. The flavor was spot on and the chocolate chip bites were perfect. Would have gave 4star if the donut could have been warm but if you have microwave access, I truly believe it would have taken the donut to another level. Still delicious though The donuts are definitely more cake-like and heavy. Which can be paired well with a hot beverage. At the moment they have seasonal drinks advertised- pumpkin spice and apple crisp

Walked in on a pre-dinner snack time. We got the mini donuts which are sold $3.95 for 3 of them. There were actually 4 mini donuts available and when I asked about the cost of the 4th individual one they said they were not able to sell the donut individually. Well I don't know what they will do with that single mini donut then. The donuts are the usual Stans donuts and satisfied a pre-dinner hunger.

Definitely worth visiting in person. Cute merch, better than average coffee options and a variety of not your usual donuts with a healthy mix of the usual good ones. Staff was incredibly nice, patient and super helpful! Really enjoyed visiting. If nearby, you should stop in.

Known for their gourmet donuts and coffee, Stan's always is a crowd pleaser for the office. Super moist and unique donut selection! The donuts are well-crafted and pair well with my typical black coffee each morning. Always a hit and make sure you check out their app for possible rewards or deals!

My mom and I popped into Stan's last weekend to grab a coffee and a few donuts. I love the convenient location they have right in the Oak Brook mall. The stores in the mall open at 11AM but Stan's opens at 6AM I think which is awesome! I tried something new this time and got the Vanilla Sprinkled "birthday" Cake donut and few others to go. The vanilla sprinkled cake donut was tasty but a little too sweet for me. The cake consistency was great though- moist still and not dry at all. I got a chai-latte to drink and it was served extra hot and hit the spot. Note: If you want a certain kind of donut(s), get here early in the morning! We popped in about 10AM and they only had like 5 boston cream donuts left. Also, I ordered a water on the side and the employee gave me a water cup to fill with the water faucet on their counter. This water had a really bad taste unfortunately. It tasted like paint.. I'm not sure if the pipes made it taste like that or it was the cup but definitely took away from everything I was eating/drinking. On another hand, the ordering station here isn't very customer friendly. Their menu blocks the customers from the employees so it's hard to have conversation. Also, the line forms right in from of the main door to get into the food court area. It's fine but I think snake-ing it around by the window could open up some space for people to order? Overall, okay experience and I'd come back. The employees were kind and both wearing masks properly.

There is no shortage of gourmet donuts in the Chicagoland. But Stan's has me hooked with the biscoff pocket and croissant donut. The latter is a front-runner because it is a hybrid combination of my two favorite baked goods. The croissant on the inside is buttery and flakey. Beneath the sugary top is a thin layer of custard that adds a fine touch to the donut. After each visit, I would make a mental note to try something new at the next visit but I would almost always end up ordering the same thing. With the few times that I did diverge from my usual, I also really enjoy the glazed cruller. It's a simple fix to my donut craving without going over the top.

So many varieties of donuts and they were well stocked even at 1:30 in the afternoon. We couldn't decide what to get so got a half dozen to go. We tried the apple fritter while there and oh my goodness; probably one of the best apple fritters I have ever had in my life. The outside was crisp with a little sweetness from the glaze and the inside was soft with lots of cinnamon and apples. So Good!! If that apple fritter is any indication of how good the other donuts will be; I can't wait to dig into the box.

Ask the Community - Stan's Donuts & Coffee

When is the new location in oakbrook terrace going to open?

This location has been opened for some time now. ☺

Is there indoor seating? If so, approx. how many? Looking to meet a friend on Saturday morning.

As others have said, Stan's is part of an indoor food court. It's loud, it's boisterous, it can get very busy and messy. So if looking for an aesthetically pleasing venue to meet up with a friend, this isn't it. That said, there's enough chairs.

My husband and I used to live nearby, and some of our favorite memories are walking over on weekends with our pup, grabbing coffee, and sitting out front just enjoying the moment. I recently visited the Elmhurst Craft location for an event and had one of those experiences that just sticks with you. I was chatting with a barista about how much I love (and deeply miss!) the Equinox. She mentioned she was newer and hadn't tried it, but saw it in the recipe book and agreed it sounded amazing--which, for the record, it absolutely is (or was ). A little while later, she came running up to me asking if I was the one talking about the Equinox. When I said yes, she surprised me with an Equinox sticker she had dug up. Such a small, simple gesture--but it genuinely meant so much and made my entire night. To the Brewpoint leadership team: that moment alone earned my loyalty for life. Customer service like that is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I didn't catch her name, but I was there Thursday, March 19 between 6-8 PM at the Craft location--she was running the sample table and sharing the carrot cake latte (which, by the way, was incredible). My coworker who had the Hot Borealis said it may have been her favorite latte she's tried. I also got the Herbed Goat Cheese Croissant which is familiar yet unique with the pop of savoriness.
