OMG. I work with all volunteers. I wanted to say "thank you" in the best way possible and chain places ... like Dunkin ... that says "I'm a cheap bastard." Parlor? Jaw-droppingly good. Every gigantic donut/pastry was easily quartered and consumed. Amazing. Worth every dollar and so distinctive and delicious and the presentation? Eye-popping. The best in my opinion. read more

Parlor Doughnuts - Lemon Bar French Toast Campfire - Donuts Near Me - Bolingbrook, Illinois

We were in the area (2 hours from home) and come across Parlor Donuts. I was so excited to get my hubby a fresh savory donut. Sadly, the oven were off and no more savory donuts we being made for the day. Daniel was awesome though. He understood we were bummed, but it is what it is. We did get to purchase some sweet donuts though. My hubby devoured his before I could get a photo, but we also got the Rocket Pop, Hershey's S'More Reimagined Campfire and Turtle. They were all very good. We do plan to return as soon as we can to get a fresh savory donut. The facility was clean. Looks very good for the end of day. read more

Stopped in while in the area so my wife could treat me to a "fresh" savory donut. Unfortunately, it was too late in the day and they stopped making the savory donuts. The restaurant was clean. Donut lovers MUST stop! This is such a unique and delicious donut experience. The donut dough is so soft, it's layered almost like a croissant with layers of buttery dough. The standout flavors for me and my family are the Sandy Beach (literally tastes like cinnamon roll!!) and French toast! Both so perfectly capture the breakfast treats they emulate. The French toast is buttery, maple-y, and so so good. Though for our family the Sandy Beach was the favorite bite. We also tried the lemon bar, smores and maple bacon. All were tasty and had the same delicious dough, but weren't as shockingly unique and amazing as the Sandy Beach and French toast for us. That said, we devoured our half dozen pretty easily. The storefront itself is clean and bright and has space for you to sit and enjoy a coffee with your donut! read more

It was too busy on a Sunday morning. Seating is very limited, especially on the weekends. I think it would have been better on a week day when people are at work. I recommend coming here after 11 am because that's when they serve the savory doughnuts. I ordered a mango passion refresher to drink. I ordered chicken bacon ranch and Hawaiian chicken bbq for my savory, and honey pistachio for my sweet. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The place was a madhouse with mostly kids so, I don't blame them if everything wasn't 100% clean. The honey pistachio was good. Not sweet at all and a big portion. The strawberry shortcake was a bit too sweet for me. The raspberry pistachio was also delicious. The chicken bacon ranch I wished it was as big as the sweet donut. This is more of a snack size for me, not a meal. The chicken bacon ranch is still pretty good. The Hawaiian chicken bbq was decent, not as tasty as the chicken bacon ranch. It has more of a zesty flavor. I tried some of the pig & fig and that one is one of the best ones. It has a good balance of sweet and savory. The price of the savory is a bit much for the portion size. The parking lot is ample. Overall 4.5. read more

Our family was recently in Indiana for a short weekend trip but we were not able to stop by Parlor Doughnuts. This location is way closer to our home and we were finally able to check it out and cross it off our to-try list. We stopped by on a Sunday at 8:30 am and all of the sweet doughnuts were well stocked. Savory doughnuts are not available until after 11 am. We went with two sweet flavors. My girls picked the chocolate carnival and chocolate chocolate. Both doughnuts were crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. My husband and I tried the white chocolate blondie blended coffee and we asked for them to make it less sweet and skip the whipped cream. The staff was very accommodating. We would love to return and try some of the other doughnut flavors such as churro and raspberry pistachio. read more

Yummy delicious donuts. They have really cool flavors that are different than traditional donuts. They are also very large so consider it a meal or split it over a couple meals. The service was great and all of the staff were friendly. I enjoyed the French toast donut and my mom had the peanut butter donut. We had parlor doughnuts previously out in Oceanside CA, so we were excited to visit this location. The ambiance is casual. They have tables so you can eat inside. They also serve a variety of coffees. read more

I have been here twice now. The first time I ordered the strawberry shortcake doughnut, which was absolutely delicious. It had so much flavor and was about $4, but I think it was worth it for a nice treat. I also ordered the zero sugar watermelon drink I did like it, but I felt like it was a little pricey for the size. The second time I came here, I ordered the savory combo. The chicken bacon ranch savory doughnut was very good. The Alfredo base was delicious and you could really taste all the flavors. The croissant was flaky and cooked well. The Parmesan minis were unfortunately very very cold. I don't know if they come like that, but they literally felt like they came from a refrigerator. They were not my favorite, but the beer cheese was good. Service was great, they have a good size parking lot. read more

This is my 2nd time here. I originally came during their initial opening. This time around, it wasn't as busy as I expected. It's a small shop, so there's limited seating. We found a corner booth quickly. The staff were friendly and greeted us right away. It was 10:45a so we missed the cutoff for the pizza topping type donuts. I got an egg and bacon breakfast sandwich, coconut donut, and medium black coffee. Everything was good. The bread in the sandwich was a little toasted but other than that, delicious! My recommendations would be to add bigger trash cans. They do overflow quickly. The staff is quick to switch them out, though. read more

I went inside for the first time and the employees were all so friendly. It was about 9 am and empty inside. Everything was clean and I liked the display of donuts up front. I came here to update my review: Don't sleep on the breakfast tacos or the coffee! They sell 2 breakfast tacos for $6.95 and I thought they would be mini, but even 1 bacon taco was enough to fill me up. I also had an iced caramel macchiato that was one of the most delicious coffees I've ever enjoyed. The cookies and cream donut might be my new favorite! read more

Oh my yumminess!!!! Full disclosure - I'm a donut snob, living in the city of Chicago. Sooooo, when we stopped at Parlor Doughnuts, I was not prepared to be blown away by these amazing goodies. So many unique options to choose from. We split a Chicago-style featured doughnut of the week. It was layers of flaky dough, delicious chocolate center with bits of Twix bar. OMG. We washed it down with delicious coffee and were in heaven. The cafe itself has a charming ambiance, so we stayed, though the take-out orders were still booming at 11:40. read more

Their donuts were massive and tasty! I had the turtle cheesecake (sweet) and pig/fig (savory). I ate the whole thing by myself, but these are definitely best enjoyed with others. My Brother in law brought some doughnuts home for us to try and they did not disappoint! I tried the cinnamon roll which was my favorite of the two that I did try. I was hesitant as I'm not a fan of dry, flaky donuts. The outer edges looked like a crossaint. It was moist towards the middle and the flavor was great though. The churro doughnut was ok. It didn't quite taste like a churro to me especially with the chocolate on top. My husband tried a maple flavored one and he said it was the best he's ever had! I look forward to going in person one day and having a coffee to go with a pastry! read more

Like this place so much, I drove from an hour away just to get donuts. I've been here about 4 or 5 times. This time however, it was closer to closing. The employee was boxing up the remaining donuts and looked like he was going to take them home. He said they weren't glazing any donuts and I could pick from what they had left. I usually get the carnival donut which is amazing (and why they're getting any stars from me). I should have just left but I felt like I had busted a mission to come, I should at least get one. I got their seasonal key lime pie donut. Huge mistake. It was awful. It tastes like chemicals. The artificial key lime sauce on top saturated the donut and I couldn't even wipe it off to enjoy the donut base. I feel like if they had decent customer service, they would have given out the donuts they were going to take home instead of charging people for picking from the leftovers. Bakeries have special deals after certain hours too so that their baked goods don't get wasted. That key lime donut deserved to be thrown out though. Two more people came in after me. Both disappointed. A third person showed up after they closed. Clearly it's a popular spot. Makes no sense that they close at 3 on a Sunday. Also they have a drive through but there is a car always parked in it when I come. read more

I WANT THIS EVERYDAYYYYYYYY! Goodness this place is disrespectfully delicious. My husband and I stopped in during a non prime time donut hour, which apparently... all hours are donut hours.. it was great to see they consistently had people coming and going. They have maybe ~20 indoor seats. They also have a drive through for anyone in a rush or just wanting to grab em to go. They do have a case with doughnuts ready to be devoured and they also make them to order. Service was fast. The staff members were patient, friendly, and provided consistent service to everyone. My husband and I shared the turtle cheesecake and a peach cobbler doughnut. They were fluffy, layer-y, light, and delectable. Just an FYI - These are not your old school doughnuts. I think they are brioche. Between the 2 I preferred the peach cobbler. It had peach filling and was perfect. My husband preferred the cheesecake turtle but we both are in agreement that both were divine and it was hard to pick a favorite. We also got the passionfruit mango refresher which was great to have especially on a hot and humid day. read more

From the moment that you walk up. You know, that this place is special. You can smell the fresh donuts wrap around you like a warm hug. It feels as if you've walked inside of a really trendy donut shop/coffee shop. Everyone is super warm and inviting. Which makes you instantly smile. This place is happy and energetic. I loved looking around at all of the different decorations, treats, and treasures. There's plenty of seating indoors or limited seating outdoors. Everything is spotless! And, they're fast, efficient, and no matter what you get it is perfect! It's a great place to go and study, hangout, or sit for an incredible cup of coffee! I had the pleasure of being introduced to this place by Yelp and I loved it! They have so many different donuts that you'll never get board. They also have savory donuts. Which, I thought was unique. I would've never thought that I'd be in love with a savory donut. It just works! They also have variety of different drinks. And, sandwiches. My go to drink is the iced decaf latte! This drink is creamy, dreamy, and delicious. With nots of toasted coconut, deep caramel, and cocoa nibs. Pure perfection! I also tried the maple pecan donut and the pig and fig. Maple Pecan-This donut is awesome! I loved the flakey buttery layers topped with sweet maple glaze and toasted pecans. They were a little skimpy on the glaze and the topping on So, if you're looking for a trendy new donut shop. Come here! read more

So during Christmas I bought like a $50+ pack for my family. They loved it, it's was sweet and yummy they said. Sadly, as the only vegan, I think the vegan donuts was a little... too you know.. dry and overly sweet, but it's a donut can't complain. First visit. Pleasantly surprised and glad to discover this place. Delicious donuts--we each had the honey glazed donuts, our benchmark for every donut shop we visit. This one had pastry that is tasty, light, and delicious and the honey frosting is very light and not overly sweet. Texture is nice combination of crunch on the outside and fluffy inside. Good sized that is filling. Next time (which will be soon) I will try the French toast donut and hubby wants to try the chocolate chocolate one. Friendly service and dining area looks clean and comfortable to hang out in. read more

An Indiana favorite plopped into Bolingbrook! How did we get so lucky?! These doughnuts are anything but the average! A crispy thin crunch greets you from the outside, only to introduce your mouth unto layers upon layers of soft silky inners. The best possible comparison I could come up with would be a cream puff fused with a cronut. We stopped by around 3pm on a Saturday and discovered there were still plenty of options to choose from. The staff were genuinely friendly and seemed eager to help. We took away a half dozen doughnuts and were overly pleased with all. Decadent chocolate options, rich honey flavors, as well as, s'mores, and local favorites. Personally, I think less is more with these doughnuts and look forward getting a simpler flavor next time so I can really linger in the lavish textures of the doughnut itself. They are so fresh and soft you don't necessarily need the abundant toppings but there's definitely a flavor for everyone. Overall great experience, can't wait to share these doughnuts with friends and colleagues. Super cute inside, as well! read more

Which isn't too new but we've never been there until today. I tried to preorder them then go pick them up but the site wouldn't allow that option for some reason? No biggie cause they had everything we wanted when I went in. They had a drive thru lane but there were cars parked backwards in it as to say nope go ahead inside. Overall, these are some of the best doughnuts I've ever had! From savory to sweet-both are great! I had the Carnival and the Margarita. Both were awesome! The biggest damper on our first visit was the service. This was our first time so we were not familiar with the menu or options. We felt rushed and the young girl who served us was extremely unfriendly. She kept asking us how many we wanted when we were trying to decide what we wanted. I would understand if there was a line behind us but we were the only ones in line. The other young girl was also unfriendly. We were kind and polite so not sure why we were given such bad attitudes. Then, we asked for plates since we were dining in and they said they were all dirty at 2:00 pm on a Saturday. Not sure how that could be but I guess so. We also noticed a random car parked in the drive-thru-so not too sure if their drive thru was not working or the employees decided to close it. I'm gonna with the latter. Pretty disappointed with the service here. In the future, I will most likely just place an online order so I don't have to deal with the rudeness. read more

On a search for a coffee shop while in the area, we came across Parlor Doughnuts. First thing we noticed upon our arrival was dang the line was super long. We came around 11:30 on a Saturday morning and it was packed. It took about 15 minutes to get through the line. There were about 3 people manning the line at first. Then about 4 staff came in to start their shift which spead up the process. Donuts are huge! They are like a combination of croissant and donut because of the flakiness. I went with a turtle cheesecake donut and it was amazing. Paired with their cold brew, it was delicious. All staff that we encountered were pleasant and friendly. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. I felt that the table set up was a little cramped, especially when the line intertwined the place. If you are a donut lover, check them out. They do have some gluten free, vegan, and keto options available if your dietary needs require. Give them a try. Super tasty!! read more

First time coming here, my wife brought me here since she's actually a fan of his place since she learned that they had plenty of vegan donut options. They have different selections on the website but this place is easily accessible from Weber Road and I absolutely love the theme of this place. It was quiet which means there was no lines at all. They even have a little merchandise area in a corner. Prices here are average but the variety is pretty impressive compared to most donut competitors. Plenty of great seats to sit down at. First let me start by saying I'm their biggest fan. So much so that I wanted to share my love of parlor with a larger group so I ordered a ton of mini doughnuts for a party and had them delivered via uber eats as I did not have time to go get them while I was prepping for guests. I ordered some regular doughnuts as well. The regular doughnuts were perfection as always. The mini-doughnuts which are usually good were hard as a rock and stale. So sad this was how I shared parlor with people that had never tried it before. Some of them were almost inedible they were so hard. And I paid a premium to have them delivered so that was really disappointing. I'm wondering if later in the day they did not have enough to accommodate my larger order so maybe I got day old mini-doughnuts? I would have rather them canceled the order. read more

They offer donuts in box size for 2, 4, 6, or 12. So we decided to do 4. Had the French Toast, Sandy Beach (cinnamon roll flavor), peanut butter cup, and Churro. The donuts reminds me of a croissant having many layers. The toppings are very sweet/sugary, but are delicious. My favorite is the French Toast. They provide plastic knives and forks, so I was able to cut mine in half as they are pretty big. Also had the iced Mocha with almond milk. It had a stronger taste then their regular coffee. The regular coffee is just basic coffee and nothing special stands out to me. Definitely got a sugar overload. They do offer some breakfast items on their menu. Which will have to try another time. They have the drive through blocked, so not sure if they will offer in future. read more

First of all, the doughnuts here are to DIE for... and they are always fresh! However, this review has to do with the service and hospitality! I ordered a donut this morning and as most places these days, there's a bit of a wait, but it's a Saturday and I completely expected that and of course there's always new people training at these kinds of places so you have to give some grace. Well, I get up to the drive through window and a very sweet and pretty lady leans out and very calmly says, you've had to wait a while today, and I happen to be the owner so I can do whatever I want, and she hands me my doughnut and smiles and says have a great day... without taking any payment!! It completely made my day and I will be back more often just because of the kind gesture and willingness to make things right! This is how you do it, this is how you run a businesses. 10/10, not just for their donuts, but for the kindness and service!! read more
