    Spectrum - Anthony was great!

Just popped by here to drop off a modem and router from a rental house but then asked Oscar, who…read morewas waiting on me, if they had any deals on internet since that's all I use from Spectrum. I'm paying $91 a month for 1GB and Oscar said that was pretty expensive. He asked me if he could bundle a streaming service to lower it to $66.35 a month and then said I could cancel the TV after a month and then the internet cost would drop to $41 a month. Quite a savings and I appreciate Oscar pointing this out. I went with that deal and thanks again for the great service and price cut, Oscar!

Paragon Cable was a major US cable television provider in the 1980s and 1990s, notably operating in areas like Portland, Oregon, and Texas, and of course in SoCal too before being acquired by Time Warner Cable, TW finalized the deal for all its assets by 1999. Yes I have been a loyal customer since I moved to SoCal. Times Warner was amazing, Yelp didn't exist then or I would have rated TW 6 stars. I'm glad I never allowed autopay or they would have double charged like they did to a few reviewers above. Every month they jacked up the bill to now over $250 a month. They super charged people when they decided to bundle 500 channels, who needs 500, I worked 2 jobs I feel lucky if I made the time to watch the news every night plus just 1 news show Foxnews, imagine that they feel comfortable ripping off people n completely disregard customer loyalty. TMobile offered me a ridiculously cheap package but my husband is against changing bc we are dealing w his cancer which drained me of all energy so we just put up w the price gouging. We agreed a year ago to the streaming service called Xumo so I got a discount initially during the introduction of this new service, well I can tell you the stress I went through, it crashed for no reason time and time again leaving us w zero service but it gave us free Netflix which caters to the woke crowd, I escaped communism n I have no use for movies bashing freedom n promoting socialism, their radical agenda. Xumo has been decent lately but what is not acceptable is their jacking up the price. So no I don't recommend this company unless you have relatives in Mexico and Canada where all calls are unlimited n free in their bundled price. So indirectly we are supporting illegal immigration and paying through our nose for all the folks calling Mexico and Canada.

Phone calls were dropping at alarming rates and internet access was at best sporadic. Not good. Our IT Consultant recommended DigiLink and during our preliminary meetings with them, we grilled them mercilessly with how they would handle each and every nightmare situation that we had been dealing with. Finally assured that they were the ones, we committed to an entire new phone system - no small commitment. We have never looked back. Let's talk customer service first. When there's an issue and you call DigiLink - their easy voice navigation system gets you to a live person - in record time! Their incredible desire and commitment to resolving an issue is textbook perfect. Technical mishaps happen. Upstream carriers fail and that has a rippling effect. But it's how DigiLink responds that was what mattered. They communicated their progress and followed up to make sure all was back to normal. They never lost their personal touch even as I saw them grow which is what should happen. Throughout the years, our commitment with them grew. We added additional sophisticated systems and with their incredible service, there is no downtime to complain about. Internet speeds are absolutely rocket speed - no small feat for an advertising agency. I seriously wish other companies would use their customer service as a template

They're not responsive yet, and their service sucks right now, they're just not prepared or staffed properly to get it up quickly and reliably at this time. The Eero Pro router is the worst on the market. Only good for penetrating one wall in WiFi mode. It lacks adequate antennas/beam forming. WiFi Service is good for one room. If you want better wifi, use an Asus Router- side-by-side my old 5mhz Asus router ax89x works better and has better QOS for tv. Overall, if you need 7gbps like I do, and you want to do that wired from the eero, you'll be ok. Otherwise you need to buy a better WiFi router to pair with this service unless you live in a 1 room apartment. See Dong Knows Tech for reviews on WiFi7 routers to pair with this service. You'll have to buy it yourself (eero router comes with the service). Frontier is very price competitive with Spectrum.

They're claiming that they will not give me my prorated money back even though I only use 10 days of their service. I need to cancel my service and yet they still say they can't do it. I am absolutely 100% dissatisfied with frontier and I will never recommend it to anybody ever. I will let people know to stay clear of this company. Please read this review before you decide to go with frontier the service for canceling your internet is horrible. The value is also horrible as well. The Wi-Fi alone is very, very slow, and you have to pay for every single "upgrade." They randomly charged me an extra $10 because they said it was a service fee increase. I am still trying to cancel my Internet and yet when I called today, they told me they couldn't place any orders and that I had to call back tomorrow and when I was adamant about them, leaving a note on my account, the guy that I spoke to even told me there was no point and he wasn't going to do it! Buyers beware canceling is the hardest thing that you can possibly do through frontier don't even get their service to begin with.
